A young nurse is transferred to an old hospital. Weird people are here including a physically disabled young man offering her a rose, a little girl trying to sell roses, the hospital director, a Buddhist nun patient, other nurses and helpers. At night time, the young nurse becomes an evil spirit called "PHI KRASEU" (ผีกระสือ) represented as a woman head with intestines. Due to an accident with the director, the disabled young man comes paralyzed. The nurse decides to take care about him.
