Wan is a girl born with the supernatural ability to stay underwater. While visiting Butterfly Island, Wan discovers her special ability to dive and stay under deep sea. She also meets Tan, a photographer who always helps her. She eventually falls in love with him. When going under water, Wan's body changes to become similar to a butterfly. A local mafia guy decides to catch the butterfly ladies. A battle erupts between the butterfly ladies and the tough guys with Wan and Tan in the middle.
