Two ruffians leaders, Seua and Kachon, meet. A competition between the two mafia leaders is organized by recruiting expert hitmen (มือปืน). Various hitmen characters are depicted. An expert likes to use female make up before killing. Another expert needs to be drunk (ขี้เมา) before shooting accurately. Another one is selling sweets with his son. Another one is Han having great guns. Who will win (ใครเป็นหนึ่งคนเดียว)? Thanong (Bin Banleurit) is a former policeman who quit following a wrong shooting (เลิกวงการ). There is 10M baht for the winner. Seua wants to force Thanong to participate. The vendor finally meets the drunkard as his son is sick. He helps him. Kachon encourages six hitmen to support each other and fight against Han and Thanong as they have no chance in one to one duel. Seua kidnaps Thanong's pregnant wife to force him to participate to the hitmen contest. 100 hitmen gather for the contest including a Kathoey (กะเทย) and a glutton (กินก่อนยิ่ง) characters. Thanong warns his policeman friend Phan (Panna Rittikrai) to come to the contest with policemen. Han, knowing he was used as a toy, kills the two contest organizers. He even releases Thanong's wife but he is not interested in 10M baht. All he wants to be is to be the hitman number 1. As Thanong refuses to fight, he kills his wife to force him. Both Han and Thanong finally shoot each other. All other hitmen also die. The sweet seller with the support of the drunkard dies while protecting his son. Being a hitman is death guarantee at 99.99%. This B grade action movie is part of the numerous movies Panna Rittikrai has played in.

Two young soldiers find a decomposed body in a bag floating on the river. They decide to bury it. A spirit exits from the tomb and transforms itself into a beautiful lady called Nuan (Trirak Rakkarndee). Nuan is given refuge in the soldiers’ home as she claims she is on the way to Bangkok but it is already nighttime. Nuan loves immediately Cheut as he is kind hearted man. It generates jealousy from Khun, the subdistrict headman’s (กำนัน) daughter, as she also loves Cheut since a long time. The subdistrict headman Son likes Nuan a lot and invites her to stay in his home as it is more comfortable than Cheut's home. Other ladies having interest in the subdistrict headman in the village start to be jealous of this Bangkok girl! The subdistrict headman follows up Nuan at nighttime but then she becomes a ghost again. The two ladies Kamlai and Kamlong visit an expert into magic (อาจารย์) to get special oil (น้ำมันพราย) to make a love filter (ยาเสน่ห์) to try seduce easier the subdistrict headman. Meanwhile the village ruffians flee away when Nuan, beautiful lady, taking a bath, becomes a ghost! The other villagers tell Cheut that Nuan is a ghost. He flees from home and shelters at subdistrict headman’s home. They ask for a local shaman’s (หมอผี) help. Nuan decides to get her husband back. But he refuses to join her again. Nuan forces Cheut's friend to play the bait. Cheut goes back to her as he is under a spell. Finally Nuan is defeated by the shaman. Many couples can now have happiness and marry. As often during years 1988s-1993s, Ekapan Banleurit and Trirak Rakkarndee are playing the main couple in those cheap horror Thai movies. Same old tricks are used with ghostly skeletons and simple basic FX effects. Such movie includes more gags than real horror. It was targeted for rural audience and not Bangkokian audience. The scenario is very similar to Mae Nak (แม่นาค) traditional old story where the young man loves and lives with a ghost without knowing it (ผีหลอก!). This movie is released by Lepso Studio. Image and sound quality are quite poor. Once again the title is wrong. It is named “ล้างเผ่าพันธุ์โคตรผีปอบ” (Holocaust of the ogre clan) but there is not a single ogre (ผีปอบ) in the movie. The VCD cover belongs to another movie called “ปีศาจแมงมุมสาว”. The real name of this movie seems to be "ต้นตระกูลปอบ".

Thai movie แม่นาคอาละวาด was released in year 1989 and lasts 1h32mn. It was released under VCD format. Thai movie แม่นาคอาละวาด is another movie based on Mae Nak story. Thai word อาละวาด means "act violently". Movie director is สุริยน ดวงทองดี. Thai actors and actresses featured in this movie are Bin Banleurit, Chutima Naiyana, สุทิศา จันทวาด, Lak Apichat, สกรรฐ์ รามบุตร, จิตติมา บุญญากานต์, หมู คินโป. This film is a remake of previous movie แม่นาคอาละวาด shot in 1973. It is a mix of horror and comedy. Same as many Thai horror movies from 1980s-1990s decades, it includes the classic chases when people run away from ghosts. It also features traditional funny characters (ตัวตลก) such as the big friend. While her husband Mak (Bin Banleurit) is away, Nak (Chutima Naiyana) is going to deliver her baby. As the movie happens in the countryside, it is still the old way to deliver babies. Nak dies during childbed. Mak is in Bangkok. During the funeral ceremony, a black cat jumps on the coffin. It is a bad traditional omen. The coffin breaks and Nak opens her eyes. All villagers flee. Later on, Master Dap has arguments with Sin, son of the sub district headman. Master (อาจารย์) Waen is mandated by Sin to get corpse oil (น้ำมันพราย) to make magic filter (ยาเสน่ห์) to use as a weapon (อาวุธ) to fight Master Dap. The master tries to get corpse oil from Nak but she cuts his head. Mak is going back home. Nak is waiting for him. She makes delicious food for him. The food is in fact rotten (อาหารผี) with worms but Mak cannot see it. Mak realizes that Nak is a ghost as at night time her appearance changes to a putrefied body. He flees from home and takes refuge at Master Dap's home but Nak is chasing after him. Nak still loves Mak and was waiting for his return since her death. Lek and her father Bukan visit Pa Khanong district. Mak previously stayed in Bukan's house. Lek is fond of Mak. She is in competition with Soi, another village lady and previous friend of Nak. A new master tries to neutralize Nak and puts her in a pot closed with a cloth covered with sacred words. The pot is thrown in the river. Meanwhile Mak marries with Lek. A couple of fishermen catch the pot and free the spirit. Nak takes revenge over Sin and the master. Mak and Nak still love each other but cannot stay together (คนละโลก). Only next life, a new love could be possible. Mak is not happy with Lek’s hindrance. Finally Lek is too afraid and flees to Bangkok. Nak entrusts Mak with Soi. Nak leaves on her own decision. Compared to other movies, no monk or sorcerer (หมอผี) forces Nak to quit the earthly world.

Rhanee (Jarunee Sooksawad) comes back from studying overseas. Her father is dead (it is in fact a picture of Mitr Chaibancha wearing Insee Daeng mask!) since many years but she takes over his duties by punishing and killing bad ruffian heads as a justiciary. Police inspector (สารวัตร) Decha (Sorapong Chatree) is responsible to catch Insee Daeng. Insee Daeng wishes to catch the heads inside the ruffians circle including Suphon (น้าใหญ่) (Kanchit Kwanpracha) and Lak Apichat. Suphon already faced Insee Daeng 20 years ago. Insee Daeng is fast and difficult to catch (มันไหวเหมือนพายุ). Decha uses one of the ruffians head as a bait to catch Insee Daeng. Decha doesn't shoot Insee Daeng as he has plan to use him as a way to reduce bad influence (อิทธิพล). Another trial to catch Insee Daeng by Decha fails. Meanwhile Decha tries also to stop organised mafia but without full success. Rhanee is working for Krissana, owner of insurance company and close friend of police inspector Decha. She takes opportunity to dispatch messages to the police through Krissana. Decha puts police woman Mot to protect Krissana against the mafia but he finally gets kidnapped. A 3M baht ransom is requested. Despite ransom payment, Krissana is still not freed and is tied to a railway path. Insee Daeng threatens a ruffian to get Krissana location. Police is warned and Krissana is released following shootings with ruffians. Insee Daeng succeeds to escape once again despite Mot’s opposition. Ruffians receive a new task to explode a bridge over Chao Praya river. Decha succeeds to put a microphone inside Suphon's home so is aware of their plans. Decha succeeds to neutralize part of the ruffians but Insee Daeng is the one stopping the bombs and killing the leaders. The bridge is safe. The movie ends with a nationalist image on Thai flag. This movie อินทรีผยอง (1988) tries to relaunch Insee Daeng serie but it lacks a good film directing. There is high suspicion that part of the movie has been cut by Lepso. Sorapong plays the police inspector with magnum 357 and dark glasses similar to many other 1980s movies he played in.

Thai movie พายุยางแดง lasts 1h26mn and was released in year 1988. It is available under VCD format. Captain (ผู้กอง) Phayu (Sorapong Chatree) meets Chiaw (Lak Apichat), a military instructor (ครูฝึก), and Priaw (Chaiyan Sorakrai), who is a pickpocket. Village leader Cheui refuses to sell his house to ruffians. Chiaw is his son but he didn't go back home for years. Palat (Kanchit Kwanpracha), subdistrict headman Chat Mongkolchai, Ai Saen (Rith Luecha), head of local ruffians, are working together. Ai Saen sends his men to teach village leader Cheui a lesson (สังสอน) but they finally kill him and his elder daughter. The younger daughter, being a teacher, promises to revenge. Priaw informs Chiaw that his father was killed. Chiaw steals some military weapons and flees to revenge his father. Informed by his management, Phayu has to bring him back and to silence this story. Chiaw steals (ปล้น) a car containing money belonging to Ai Saen. Palat (Kanchit Kwanpracha) has to get it back. In Thai movies, the mafia boss is often called Sia / เสี่ย. Ai Saen (Rith Luecha) requests help from corrupted police. The subdistrict headman is the one who killed village leader Cheui. Pen asks Priaw to stop gambling. Chiaw, Priaw, Pen and the subdistrict headman's stepdaughter forms a team together. Phayu asks Police head to give them time as he trusts Chiaw. Chiaw decides to get information from the subdistrict headman's girlfriend. This one starts to be very friendly with him (part censored or cut from VCD). The subdistrict headman Chat comes back and Chiaw is captured. He succeeds to flee by kidnapping Palat's daughter. Ai Saen is upset (อย่าประมาท). As Ai Saen orders to shoot the car despite there is Palat's daughter inside, it causes Ai Saen and Palat to become enemies. Chiaw hits Palat to revenge his father but Phayu and the daughter convince him to let Police do its duty. Palat tells them that Ai Saen a is preparing to betray his country. The team storms the ruffians’ den. Pen is used as hostage (ตัวประกัน). The movie ends up with fierce fightings. Palat and Priaw die. Ai Saen is killed. The two actresses are วาสนา วรรณวงศ์ and มาริษา อุดมพร.

On VCD version, luring scenes are censored but longer action sequences are present. Sompon (Sorapong Chatree) leads a group in the forest (เดินป่า) looking for treasures. Four years ago he was the only survivor. His life was saved by the daughter of the village leader called Pailin (นีรนุช อติพร). Ghosts (ผี) are guarding a cave with treasures. Pao Porapak is part of Sompon’s team. The group is attacked by robbers (โจรกลุ่มน้อย). Some villagers protect the cave and are under the spell of Mae Mo, a local sorceress. Villager leaders are Phairoj Jaising and his son Lak Apichat. Another group is following Sompon as they are eying for the treasures also. Sompon's group reaches the caves first. The villagers attack the second group but they succeed to escape. During nighttime, ghosts attack Sompon’s group. ผีผู้หญิงกลัวพ่อ ผีผู้ขายกลัวแม่ so Sompon asks the teammates to get naked to chase the ghosts away. In the second group, a rapist tries to abuse a lady so internal fightings occur. Mae Mo discourages Pailin and Sompon's love story. At nighttime, Sompon is transformed as a werewolf (หมาป่า) but the spell is not strong enough. The second group chases the first one from the caves. At nighttime they are attacked by ghosts and the remaining members are killed by villagers through torture. Sompon refuses to flee. A duel happens between Sompon and Lak. As Sompon wins, it shows the triumph of love towards fake magic from sorceress Mae Mo. Other actresses include อภิรัตน์ มณีรัตน์, มัลลิกา สมบัติเจริญ.

The movie features the same village as Thai movie มนุษย์หมาป่า. So it looks like movies ขุมทรัพย์ทับทิมดำ, มนุษย์หมาป่า, มหัศจรรย์สุดขอบฟ้า are part of a trilogy. Praisanee (Thida Thidarat) has issues with four ladies warriors as she enters a forbidden part of the forest. Their master (อาจารย์) stops the fighting. Two villages are opposing each other. One is led by Chao Mae and one is led by Jaising. Mae Mot (แม่หมด) sanctuary, old heritage, is protected by the two villages and they keep arguing. Jaising’s villagers are attacked by Chao Mae’s villagers led by Pao Porapak. Five of them die. The leader Chao Mae (เจ้าแม่) is a lady. Chao Mae maintains discipline among her male warriors by offering ladies to them or even herself. Chao Mae’s villagers attack Jaising’s village while Lak Apichat, village leader Phairoj Jaising and his daughter Praisanee are away. They promise to get revenge. Three men arrive in Chao Mae’s village for a weapons deal to get rid of Jaising’s village. They get full hospitality from Chao Mae. Another groupe including Macawan (Sorapong Chatree), Kaewta, Warun, Phit and lady Pissamai is visiting the forest to find old jewels. They are aware to be near ancient dangerous villages. The weapons exchange fails thanks to Praisanee. Another weapons exchange fails again following heavy shootings. Praisanee and villagers arrests Macawan's team to understand why they enter the forest. Chao Mae needs blood to stay healthy. Macawan decides to help Praisanee. While visiting the Mae Mot sanctuary, Phit dies. Pissamai is captured by the Chao Mae’s villagers. She is aggressed and killed by them. At night time, Praisanee enters in the village to release her but it is too late. She then faces Pao Porapak and defeats him. Unfortunately, Pissamai is dead already. Both groups of villagers enter the sanctuary and heavy shootings occur. Praisanee gets the magical weapon from Mae Mot and gets rid of opponents such as Chao Mae, Pao Porapak… Peace is back in the area.

Movie director is Payoong Payakul. Five years have passed. Young man Iti is still remembering young lady Monoko (Chutima Kawinla) met during a trip to a remote village. He convinces a few friends to join him, and a group is created to go back to the village. Tatsanee (Thida Thidarat), daughter of an archeologist, and Chatchai are part of them. They meet weird monsters (มนุษย์ปีศาจ). They are inoffensive during daytime but attack the group at nighttime. They are chased away by using fire. Ati cannot find Monoko as she has moved to a new village. A bunch of ruffians including Ta Moo Yan (Pao Porapak) asks for protection money (เก็บเงิน) to villagers managing a local market. As villagers have no money, Ta Moo Yan’s team hit them. Pen Yiem (Sorapong Chatree) interposes. Fighting erupts, but Ba Song (Lak Apichat) stops all of them and retreats. Pen Yiem meets Monoko. Chao Mae (เจ้าแม่) is upset that her men were chased from the market, so she gives order to burn it. The group led by Ati sees five ladies dancing naked on a cliff. Ati recognizes Monoko among them, but she flees. The group is then attacked by Chao Mae’s villagers. Thanks to Pen Yiem, they succeed in escaping. Pen Yiem refuses to accompany them to the sacred land border as it is too dangerous. Phairoj Jaising leads another village. Villagers' delegations meet each other. Only one village can protect the sacred land. A fighting contest occurs between both villages with the best fighters being involved. Jaising’s villagers win the contest. Chao Mae’s men capture Ati’s group. The men are attached under a scorching sun. Pen Yiem helps Jaising’s villagers, who are attacked again by Chao Mae’s villagers. Pen Yiem also releases Ati’s group. Meanwhile young lady Dao, a member of Jaising’s village, also helps. Pen Yiem declares his love to Dao. Distrust happens between both villages as Chao Mae’s villagers don't accept peace despite being defeated in an official contest. Fight and shooting still happen between the two villages as Ba Song is pushing for confrontation. Being defeated, Ba Song comes back to the village and kills Chao Mae. He then kills Ta Moo Yan through a fierce duel as he wishes to become new village leader. Ati wants to meet Monoko. They are finally captured by Jaising’s villagers. Pen Yiem forces Jaising to find a solution. Jaising agrees to release them, but they need to go through hell gates first. Pen Yiem defeats Ba Song so Ati and his men are allowed to leave. As Dao has helped outsiders, she is condemned to go through the hell gates...

Ithipon (Sahat Piempongsan) and Decha are two mafia leaders fighting for drugs control. They have a deal worth of 4M baht but Ithipon doesn’t go by himself and sends a bait. It was a trick as the bait is killed and Ithipon doesn't get the drug in exchange of the money. Sa (Apiradee Pawaputanon) and Jak (Sorapong Chatree) are loving each other but Jak is coming from a poor background (ธานะไม่เหมือนกัน) so Sa’s mother doesn't like him so much. Mot is a local police inspector always looking for proofs to arrest Ithipon and Decha. Jak's mother is played veteran actress Sarinthip Siriwan. It was one of her last movies. Protection fee (ค่าคลุม) needs to be paid by the mother, small restaurant owner, to the mafia led by Ithipon. As Jak refuses to pay, a fight erupts and one of the thugs is killed with his own knife while trying to stab Jak. Jak takes refuge in Decha's clan. His father is killed as a revenge by Ithipon's ruffians. A rich businessman fed up by Ithipon’s continuous requests asks Decha to get rid of him. Ithipon is shot at his home. Jak and Jon (Lak Apichat) are seen there despite Jak only injured Ithipon. A hitman being there is the one who killed Ithipon. Police inspector Sak is Sa’s promised fiance but she doesn’t love him. Sa's father is kidnapped. Following arguments with Jon and other thugs to release Sa's father, Jak gets injured (เพื่อนทรยศ) but succeeds to help the father. Jon promises to get revenge. Sa’s parents thank Jak for having released the father and wish him good luck. Jon finds Jak and tries to kill him. Following fierce fighting, Jon is finally the one to die. Jak wishes to take revenge over Ithipon. He shoots him and his remaining thugs. But police is now chasing Jak, Afraid he flees but finally surrenders when the police reminds him his duties over his mother and girlfriend Sa. Thai movie ฆ่าปิดปาก released in year 1987 has a length of 1h23mn. The original film is certainly longer but may have been cut by Lepso to fit in VCD format.

Thai บินเดี่ยวเหยี่ยวพระกาฬ was released in year 1987 and lasts 1h18mn. It is an estimation only as the movie seems to have been released in level 2 standalone theaters (โรงชั้นสอง) only. It is a low budget movie. The soundtrack belongs to other movies such as “Shaft”. There are quite a few nice sequences with Sorapong Chatree but the overall film editing is average. It is in fact a movie made with other movies sequences from Sorapong Chatree so that is why the editing is so poor! The numerous love sequences seem here only to ensure the movie can last 1h18. A new police officer (ผู้กอง) Kamtenthong (Sorapong Chatree) arrives in North of Thailand. A ring leader called Dam has dirty businesses such as helping people to cross Thai border illegally, drugs traffic, smuggling of weapons. Many fights and shootings happen between wealthy men (พ่อเลี้ยง) teams. Dam (Rith Luecha) benefits of it until police starts to involve into his business also to stop the numerous killings. Finally police rushes into Dam's ranch and neutralize the ruffians and hitmen. But the leaders are not here. Dam's secretary, Pen, is the one informing the police. It causes the ruffians’ leaders to believe the other team betrays them as police is always there when weapons trading is happening. Dam is finally also neutralized through a final shooting. Pen was an uncovered policeman. It is a typical Thai action movie from 1980s mixing some Hong Kong style action sequences such as flying jump. Year 1987 was very prolific with action movies as Panna Rittikrai started to release his own action movies also. Movie บินเดี่ยวเหยี่ยวพระกาฬ features a few actors from 1970s action movies such as Phairoj Jaising but they look quite tired except Sorapong Chatree.

Sukit, his wife and his daughter Tida (Thida Thidarat) are also concerned as they were waiting for their family jewel. Sukit needs to involve Thai police. Meanwhile inmate Kritchai (Sorapong Chatree) is just released from prison. Young lady Nissa (Chutima Kawinla) picks him up. Kritchai meets Prasong (Phairoj Jaising) and is hired. Thai police assign Chatree (ชาตรี มณีวรรณ) to this case. Tongchai is inviting singer Saeng Dao to his table in a nightclub. Tongchai visits Sukit and asks for 20M THB to give back the jewel. Ruffians try to get rid of Tida but fail. Meanwhile Prasong stays with his lover Chutima. He is sending a ruffian, called Waew, to get rid of the family owning the jewel. It fails again. Tongchai is back to the bar to listen to Saeng Dao singing and offers a diamond ring to her. Kritchai and policeman Chatree are monitoring him. Chatree takes a picture of Tongchai to verify his identity first. Prasong's team includes Kritchai, Chot (Lak Apichat) and Nissa. Father, Tida and her friends go for a ride. The father is shot and killed. Prasong is suspected. Nissa tries to seduce Thongchai in order to get the family jewel. She proposes a meeting with her boss Prasong to organize a money exchange. Tongchai and Prasong's team meet but suddenly Thai police storms in. Heavy shooting occurs and ruffians are neutralized. Kritchai helps as he is on Thai police side. Thai government gives back the diamond to Tida. Romances happen between Chatree and Tida, between Kritchai and Saeng Dao.

On trial day, Apichat succeeds to release two Hong Kong guys through a daring escape. One fails to escape and is caught back by the police. Fai Chai is another local Thai helping them. The boss doesn't leave his teammates (ลูกน้อง) in difficulty. As Fai Chai is identified, Thai police storms the house where ruffians are hiding. All are killed. Plik finally understands that Sak is not guilty. Pao Porapak and Rith Luecha are parts of the ruffians led by a lady (นายหญิง). Plik finally catches the ruffians, who shot his family, and shoots Jom. Plik meets a wandering monk and follows him. Out of strength, Plik collapses and wakes up in the monk's cave. He needs to pacify his heart. While being in a brothel, ruffians have fighting with Sak. Plik still has horrible visions about war. The ruffians send a beautiful lady, Sinaporn Philailak, to seduce Plik but it fails. Outside of the room, Pao is waiting and Plik is captured by the ruffians. At nighttime Plik becomes a werewolf as he uses wrong Buddhist incantations but still defeats his captors. The lady leader abuses the confidence of Bonnie (รติรส รินนภา) but the werewolf stops her. The werewolf abuses the lady leader as revenge. Meeting Sak, the werewolf follows him and by paying respect to a Buddha statue, the werewolf becomes Plik again. Rith refuses to believe the stories about a werewolf but finally following the proofs, he gathers a big team to fight back. Finally Plik’s team acts first. The movie ends up in shootings and two final fights between Sak and Pao, between Plik and Rith. Ruffians are defeated.

Chiang Mai area is dominated by two local mafia heads. A lady called Gnam seduces Tong to know the truth regarding his visit to Chiang Mai but to no avail. Gnam is linked to mafia. The two mafia rings fight each other. During a shooting at the Chiang Mai airport by another hitman, a young man called Suchai helps to protect Saichai, daughter of Somchai (Rith Luecha), mafia leader. Suchai gains the trust of Somchai. The two mafia leaders decide to unify their efforts instead of fighting. Gnam is killed during a fight between Tong and a ruffian. Finally Suchai gets information that both mafia team will gather in Don Pui area to sell drug. Gun fights happen between mafia and the police helped by Tong, Den and Suchai. Similar to a a Thai copy of Rambo II, Tong carries a huge machine gun with ammunitions over the shoulder. The movie features fightings shot with a Hong Kong action movie style. As often during such Thai action movies, it is revealed that the main characters were undercover policemen. Many Thai action movies in 1980s decade include influence from Hong Kong movies and American movie Rambo II fighting style.

A Japanese soldier is stranded in Thailand. His plane crashed. He is rescued by a Thai family. The Japanese gets married with their daughter but she dies when giving birth to a daughter. Twenty years have passed. An armed group arrive in the village. They are looking for the old Japanese gold that is supposed to be hidden inside a cave. Yem (Sorapong Chatree) is protecting the group. Another armed group is already occupying the area. Gun fights occur between the two groups. Following various fights, kidnapings and so on... the Japanese former soldier triggers an explosion inside the cave so that nobody can get the gold. Phra Athit (พระอาทิตย์) means sun but also gold. This movie has nothing to do with the movie "ลูกสาวพระอาทิตย์" shot in 1968. It is a typical grade B action movie from decade 1980s with kung fu fights and gunfight sequences. It includes a little of romance and a lonesome hero who prefers to stay in the forest than going back to modern world. Favorite sentence of such movies is "cha tham arai to pai" (จะทำอะไรต่อไป) - What shall we do next? During the anti-communist years, Sorapong Chatree played soldiers and mercenaries in perhaps 100 action films. Most of these were low-profile, though some were popular as they played to the national sentiment.

Thai movie ยิงทิ้ง was released in year 1986 and lasts 1h20mn but parts of the movie are cut. Ruffians shoot a van transporting money (ปล้นเงินเดือน). Lak Apichat is injured. Police arrives and catches ruffians but Wong (Chat Mongkolchai) and Pon (Pipop Pupinyo) succeed to flee. Pon hides the money but is also arrested later so Wong doesn't know where the money was hidden. Wut (Sorapong Chatree) is police inspector. He is married to Na (วชิรา วงษ์วัชร์), who complains he doesn't give enough time to his family (เป็นหน้าที่). Head of police Choomporn Theppitak enquiries if Lak is involved in the robbing or not. Choomporn gives the case to Wut. By enquiring, Wut meets Wong and Pao Porapak but they succeed to escape due to the mistakes of other policemen. Wong and Pao succeed to release Pon. Choomporn asks Wut to get them back but Wut requests an assistant (ผู้ช่วย), i.e. Lak. As Pon is reluctant to give back the money, Wong kidnaps his wife (พิศมัย ภุมมา). Meanwhile Wut and Lak are chasing Pol also. They fail to catch Wong and Pao despite Pol leads them to their house. Wut verifies that Mon (Sinaporn Philailak) doesn't hide Wong anymore. Choomporn starts to lose patience as Wong is still not captured by Wut. By spying Mon, Wut finally gets back the money but Wong succeeds to escape. Wong kidnaps Na in order to force Wut to give back the money. Following fightings and shootings with ruffians, Wut, Lak and Na defeat them. Lak ends up in jail as he still has to pay for his previous bad behavior. A four minutes trailer is also still available. It features sexy scenes cut off from VHS release.

It is mixing the Thai movie and Ninja sequences shot in Hong Kong. Vin (Lak Apichat) organises gambling on a mining site. Manager (ผู้จัดการ) Somchai (Krai Kanchit) decides to give him a harsh lesson. Kiet (Sorapong Chatree) interposes as Somchai is going too far. Fighting erupts and You (Sinaporn Philailak) has to stop them. The big boss Thana (Boo Wibunnan) refuses to fire Kiet as he is a good staff. You is Thana's girlfriend but she is also Somchai's mistress. As Kiet has to transport important company goods, Somchai plans to get rid of him. As Kiet's sister has a domestic accident, Kiet cannot go. Vin then leads the convoy, which is attacked by ruffians. Only Vin succeeds to escape as the ruffians believe he falls from a cliff. You pushes to marry with Thana (แม่เลี้ยง) but this latter wishes to inform his son coming back from overseas first. As the convoy is robbed, Somchai accuses Kiet to be the mastermind behind. Pinyo tries to convince Vin to accuse Kiet but as he refuses, he is beaten and left for dead. Thana doesn't trust Somchai so he wishes to replace him by his son. Aware, Somchai hires Chat Mongkolchai to attack the next convoy led by Thana and Kiet. All staff die including Thana. Only Kiet escapes but his sister gets killed as he takes refuge in his home. Somchai now plans to kill Thana's son called Virayut (วีรยุทธ รสโอชา). While exiting the train station, ruffians chase and shoot Virayut. Luckily doctor Wana (ปรางค์ วงศ์วัช)(แสนสวย) passes by and saves his life. Pipop Pupinyo and Pao Porapak storm the doctor's house to find the son. Wana chases them on time before any killing occurs. Virayut wishes to kill Kiet as You brainwashed him that he is the killer. Ruffians try to kill again Virayut but they fail so they kidnap the doctor Wana. Meanwhile Virayut follows Lak to find Kiet. Following fighting, Virayut understands that Kiet is innocent. Understanding that Somchai doesn't love her, You tries to release Wana but it is too late and she gets killed. Kiet gets revenge over Chat Mongkolchai by putting a grenade in his mouth. Knowing that Somchai is planning to flee overseas by boat, Thai police, Kiet, Vin, Virayut storm the pier to release Wana. The boat succeeds to escape but Kiet and Virayut are on board. Through a final fight, Somchai is killed. As often in Thai movies, it is discovered that Virayut is a Bangkok police officer. Before going to Bangkok, he promotes Kiet as new manager and Vin as intendant. This Thai includes many stereotypes from 1980s Thai action movies.

She goes back to visit her village with Chakrin. One of the villagers still loves Tanoi. An usual fight between ladies happen. Those fights are always a success with Thai audience with lakorn or 1960-1980s decades movies. Following a car accident, the villager and his sister Saen Dao stay in Doctor Chiwan's home to be closer to Tanoi. While Tanoi is studying abroad, the mother Khun Nai plays cards and sells the furnitures belonging to Tanoi. Khun Nai's daughter indulges herself in alcohol. The mother needs to flee as she cannot pay her debts. After five years abroad, Doctor Chiwan doesn't recognize Tanoi and is mistaken by her as a driver. She is a new Tanoi. She even forgives Khun Nai and her daughter but this latter accepts only to plan to kill Tanoi in order to get the full heritage. Tanoi is kidnapped but saved by Doctor Chiwan and the police. The movie ends happily and bad people are punished. Khun Na's daughter receives the acid she wanted to throw on Tanoi. Saen Dao and the villager have to accept that their love to the doctor and Tanoi are impossible. Doctor Chiwan recognizes his mistake to having looked down poor Tanoi. It is a typical 1980s movie with the leading actress being cross with the leading actor and facing issues with the jealous mother and her daughter. This movie shows the social ascension of a poor lady and that through education the poor lady can become a good person (ผู้ดี). Bad and rich people seem to win over good and poor people but finally there are justice and karma impacts (กรรม).

This time Kraithong faces a man, who has also the power to change himself into a fearful crocodile. Thong (Suphansa Nuengpirom) and Kaew (Ampha Nuengpirom) are Kraithong's wives. Wimala (Aranya Namwong) and Malaiwan (Duangcheewan Komolsen), former Chalawan’s wives, are staying in a cave under the river. Sor Asanajinda is a powerful hermit. Sor asks Wimala (แม่นาง) not to disturb humans anymore. Meanwhile a crocodile takes away a baby and his father. The mother goes to Chinese shrine to ask help from a Chinese master (Lor Tok). Der Doksadao and เหี่ยว are playing medium assistants in the Chinese shrine. A funny and long sequence featuring the master showing his surnatural skills towards Der Doksadao is present in the betamax but cut in the VCD version. A government official offers a reward to kill the crocodile. The crocodile continues his rampage and attacks a floating market, humans and even a buffalo. Kraithong visits a master mentioning that crocodile Chalawan is back. The crocodile is in fact half human (Lak Apichat) half spirit (จระเข้ผีสิงห์). Lak agresses Chalawan’s wives in the cave. The Chinese master, despite his supernatural skills, is killed by the crocodile. Some scenes where Lor Tok is featuring his flying skills are cut from VCD but present on the BetaMax. The crocodile then attacks the house where Thong and Kaew are living. After a rampage, Kaew is kidnapped by the crocodile played by Lak Apichat. Wimala wishes to use Lak to take revenge over Kraithong. Chalawan is back per incantations from Sor. He is upset that his wife Wimala replaces him so fast. So Wimala pushes Lak to kill Chalawan. Upset about Kaew, Kraithong heads towards the cave. He faces Lak, already injured by Chalawan, and succeeds to defeat him. Chalawan then defies him again. Following an epic fight, Chalawan is defeated again and Kraithong brings Kaew back.

Sarawat (Nard Poowanai) tries to arrest him as he is over speeding to be on time to the funeral. A bomb explodes during the funeral. His mother (เจ้าภาพ) dies also. Revenge shall happen as his parents' death is a murder. The one, who carried the bomb, is identified as a lady, called Pim (พิมพ์ใจ พรหมมาลี), working in a karaoke. Sia Song (Somkuan Krajangsat), her boyfriend, is aware they spend the night together. Decha (Rith Luecha) is his right hand. Young lady Suntalee (Apiradee Pawaputanon) is leading a mining site and also selling durians (ทุเรียนแม่ค้า). Through a daring tentative, Wut and his team empty Decha's truck causing Sia to lose a lot of money. Umarin is selling trucks. Sia Song is also the shop owner. Wut enquiries on Sia through Song. Sarawat has arguments with tough men but refuses corruption money. As he is always accused to be too strict, he removes his policeman insignia to teach a lesson to the tough drivers. Sia Song orders to shoot Wut but he is only injured him. He gets closer to Suntalee and tells her that he is an undercover policeman. Four men, part of Suntalee's team, plan to betray her in order to steal precious stones (พลอย). Challenged and overwhelmed by the ruffians (คุณจะไม่มีโอกาสเห็นขาอ่อนฉัน), she gets help from Choomporn Theppitak. The traitors join Sia Song’s team. Sarawat and Wut try to prevent ruffians doing dirty business at the border. Weapons are hidden in rice bags. They chase Decha driving a big truck carrying teak trees. Drug is hidden in teak trees. Wut and the trucks encircle Sia Song forcing him to surrender. Many great famous Thai actors are present in this movie but the directing is a bit weak. Luk Thung (ลูกทุ่ง) countryside music about trucks is featured in this movie. Trucks (สิบล้อ) in Thailand are ornamented with many drawings and colors.

Lak Apichat is playing a police inspector (สารวัตร) role. Veteran actor รณ ฤทธิชัย is playing a ruffian role. Sithao Petcharoen is playing a comic role as useless policeman. In Thai the countryside, goods exchange shall happen between Sing and a group of soldiers led by Reuang (Sorapong Chatree). They arrive by parachute. Sing plays double role and kill the soldiers including Reuang. A bit later, Sing and his ruffians are also killed by mysterious men wearing black clothes. So nobody knows where the goods (สินค้า) end up. Reuang survives and agrees to look for the culprits. Reuang is arrested by the police. Ruffians learning that he is not dead wish to capture him to identify where their goods are hidden. They succeed to release him but Reuang admits he has no clues where the goods are. Later on, Apichat and a policewoman catch Reuang to know where the goods are hidden but to no avail. Reuang is seen by all as the key entry point (กุญแจดอกสำคัญ). Arguments occur between students as they don't agree on the way to manage this. The majority decides not to be involved as it is outside their mandate. Wan of course protects Boonsong as he is supporting the villagers to keep them quiet. Meui wishes that Chanuan quits the village as arguments occur with Nat as she doesn't want to forgive him. Waen complains Thailand will become a desert (ทะเลทราย) with all those trees cut illegally. Waen wishes Chanuan to bring some pictures to newspapers. Waen and Chanuan see men led by Chat Mongkolchai and Ong Nai (Suchao Pongwilai) cutting trees. Waen dies shot by ruffians led by Boonsong (คนที่มีอิทธิพล). Mon people are working for Boonsong and get paid in medicine and weapons to be able to fight against Burmese military government (การฆ่าและการต่อสู้ไม่เหมือนกัน). Ong Nai understands Chanuan as he is also a former student, but he cannot help. During the weapons trading, Boonsong's ruffians shoot the Mon people. Only Ong Nai escapes. Ruffians storm the student's place and burn the school as they believe one of them hides the camera. As they threaten Nat, Uan interposes and gets killed. Chanuan has not enough proofs to accuse Boonsong and Wan. To avoid more deaths, students must leave by train. Chanuan decides to go back to rebuild a school as a memorial to Waen and Uan. Students follow him. School has been burnt. Nat and Chanuan resume friendship. Ong Nai has a debt towards Boonsong. He gives Waen's camera back to Chanuan and promises to manage Boonsong per the forest laws... Meanwhile Nat and the children have been kidnapped by the Boonsong's ruffians. They succeed to escape but are chased by ruffians. Meanwhile Thai army, Chanuan and Meui face the ruffians. Shootings happens and Meui is killed. Ruffians send big logs on the Thai army and children but luckily nobody is injured. Chanuan and Lak chase ruffians. Lak loses his life while protecting Chanuan. About to escape, Boonsong is shot by Wan. Wan gets the credit to have stopped Boonsong despite Chanuan claiming he was right hand of Boonsong. Thai army leader mentions to Chanuan that it is time for students to go back to Bangkok. Nothing they can do against what is good or bad here. Wan is nominated as new village leader. Nat refuses to go back to Bangkok as she needs to take care of the kids. Despite adversity, she has to stay and not flee. The only solution for Chanuan to protect Nat and the Baan Dan villagers is to shoot Wan... After shooting Wan, Chanuan is arrested but remains คนดีที่บ้านด่าน in the villagers’ hearts.

First movie episode สิงห์รถบรรทุก was shot in 1977. Siarat (Sorapong Chatree) is the owner of a truck company and is recently married. Phayap is the head of local mafia. His team is responsible of killing the owner of a truck company but they manage to accuse Siarat. Malin (Suriwan Suriyong), daughter of the assassinated truck owner, wishes to take revenge over Siarat but her mother (Pissamai Wilaisak) tries to prevent her as there is no proof yet. Malin believes wrongly Phayap's sayings. Two hitmen shot and kill Sairat's wife, Saisanee. Siarat wishes to take revenge over this murder. Meanwhile Siarat's former friends from the first movie episode, Chan, Kaewkarawet and Rawan, come back. Phayap tries to buy land from poor farmers but Chan (Manop Aussawathep) helps to chase the ruffians. Siarat doesn't know yet who killed his wife, Phayap group or Malin group. Phayap calls for other ruffians' help from Sisaket. Malin has great fighting skills. Suriwan Suriyong was often used as leading actress for action movies. She shows to Siarat that women can do same as men. Malin and Siarat are now friends as Phayap is identified as the treacherous man. Phayap sells weapons illegally to drug dealers. Phayap kills Siarat's friend Master (อาจารย์) himself. Siarat and Malin bring dozen of trucks to attack Phayap's team but the fields are mined. Gunfire happen between both groups until Phayap is neutralized through bloody sequences. It is a typical action movie from 1980s based on revenge script, kung fu fights, gunfire fights and issues resolved without the direct intervention from the police (it is only known at the movie end that Sairat's friends were under cover policemen), katoei (กะเทย) used as supporting comic roles. The movie image is very damaged for a 1980s movie. This hommage to trucks world was certainly very successful in countryside where movies were projected from the backs of trucks on to sheets hung between trees at fairgrounds.

The two families are always in conflict so a wedding between Neun and Pae is a challenge to happen. Sor Asanajinda and Malee Wetpraseri visit relatives with their daughter Kaet (Anchalee Chaisiri). Kaet (นางฟ้า) shall stay in countryside a few months as she is pregnant... Pae is also pregnant with Neun. Father Nio refuses to pay the dowry (สินสอด). See asks for 10,000 THB. Nio only offers 1 baht! Finally, Yui steals 5,000 THB from her husband. Oi steals 5,000 THB from his mother See. So, wedding can happen. But due to Nio and See conflicting, it fails and both Neun and Pae are chased away from their families as they stole money from their parents. Thanks to a recommendation, Neun finds a job by working for Pipop Pupinyo. Kaet goes back for Bangkok and leaves the child behind. As there is a need for money to pay for house windows, Neun asks Pipop for money advance. His wife agrees but she asks for endearment from Neun. Pipop comes back home and fighting occurs with Neun. The wife tries to interpose and gets stabbed by accident. Pipop accuses Neun of having murdered his wife. Neun must flee. Pae and Neun's child is born. Krai (Krai Kanchit) and Pipop commit burglary and murders under the name of Neun. See, Pae's mother, is indebted by playing cards. See and Oi arrange a wedding with Boo. They lie that Neun has a new wife to convince Pae. It makes Neun upset. Wittaya Sukdamrong recommends him to calm down. Neun needs to flee police called by Oi. Neun takes refuge in Bangkok in Kaet's family as a car driver. Kaet's husband, Anoon (อนันต์ สัมมาทรัพย์), has another wife so Kaet is heartbroken and Sor recommends her to build a new life (ตั้งต้นไม้). Oi sympathises with Kaet's husband being a teacher. หมอเสน่ห์ is hired by Pae's family so Boo fires them. A romance between Kaet and Neun happens. Grandma Malee doesn't accept it. Nio is killed by Krai following an external affair. Yui's house is burgled. Neun arrives too late but hopefully Nio's money was well hidden. Neun meets Pipop and Krai fleeing after the robbery. They finally shoot each other unable to share the money. Yui, Neun's mother, sends a parade to ask for Kaet's hand. Neun gives 100,000 THB as promised for Kaet's hand and builds a big house on the land given by Sor. During a drinking session, Anoon discloses to Oi, that Neun is a stupid countryside man as he is marrying Kaet while both of her children are from himself! Despite having university diploma, Anoon behaves badly and the diploma has no value (กระดาษชำระ) as it didn't teach him to behave correctly in life. Informed by Oi, Neun keeps drinking and meets Pae, working in a club as partner. Pae ended up as Prostitute (กะหรี่) and lost her childcare. Anoon even receives 100,000 THB from Sor to keep quiet. Anoon gets beaten by Neun but is only worried about the money. Upset that Kaet lied to him (หลอกลวงเขา), Neun burns the new house (ไฟไหม้เรือนหอ) and surrenders to the Thai Police. Before being arrested, Neun asks Kaet to give money to Pae every month so that she can stop working and take care about their child. This movie highlights poor people versus rich people. Poor people have better heart than rich people.

Witaya (Sorapong Chatree) is responsible of the security inside Pa's company. Pa has two daughters, Plaew and Fai. They rob their father's money from a safe and donate (บริจาค) 500 000 baht to a blind pupil school. The two sisters give the money under the father's name (กุศล)! While robbing money, they do wear mask with red cheeks (แก้มแดง). They sign their crime with a name card displaying a lioness logo (นางสิงห์). The father is rich and selfish. He never gives any money to charitable organizations but is very generous with his minor wife (เมียน้อย), Toi. Thep, Toi's brother, is part of the company administration council. Plae is also accepted in the company council. The two sisters steal clothes and personal effects from Vitaya to offer them to a poor school (คนยากคนจร). Another time they steal his BMW car. The two sisters continue to harass him but understand that he is a good man. Meanwhile Thep needs more money as he is gambling a lot. Toi has another boyfriend. As Toi cannot always ask money to Pa, Thep decides to steal money from the company safe and uses the lioness logo to accuse them. As the money is not given to a charitable organization, police and Witaya are puzzled regarding the robbers. The two sisters, as the mysterious lionesses, also make a statement about their innocence. A new exhibition showing old artifacts is organized. Thep and Witaya are responsible of the security. Honor of the company (เสียชื่อ) is engaged so a new robbery cannot happen. Thanks to video surveillance, Thep knows who is hiding behind the lionesses' masks and plans to accuse them about the old artifacts successful robbery. Plaew and her sister are aware of the plan thanks to a hidden microphone. They succeed to get back the artifacts but Thep knows and threatens to announce their real identity to the press. He asks for salacious favor to Plaew, who calls his wife Wilai to join them in order to be safe. Thep wants to marry Plaew and becomes the son-in-law (ลูกเขย). Wilai heards his plans and shares the information with Plaew. Thep is finally caught by the police while trying to rob things (ปล้นสินค้า). Hopefully the video tape has been replaced by Wilai (ทำดีได้ดีทำชั่วได้ชั่ว) so Thep cannot prove his accusations over Plaew and his sister. Pa dumps his minor wife. Witaya knows the lionesses' real identity but keeps the secret as love emerges with Plaew.

Fighting is happening in a village. All villagers are killed by mercenaries led by Rith (Rith Luecha). Fighters, riding horses and wearing black clothes, led by Maneerak (Jarunee Sooksawad) are chasing them away. Maneerak has a mixed of Ninja and cowboy skills. Two groups are fighting for this area control as it contains precious gems. One group includes Maekin (Krung Srivilai), Kecha (Kecha Plianvithee), Maneewong (Nipaporn Nongnuch) and Maneerak. The opposite group includes Rith, Lak (Lak Apichat) and Runfa (Linda Khatancharoen). Maneerak, Maneewong and Runfa are three sisters. Their father died before. Rith's ruffians are looking over workers digging for gems. Yutta (Sorapong Chatree) finds a big black emerald (มรกตดำ) and flees away but is chased by the guards. The black stone (ก้อนหิน) is a sacred item. It helps to get rid of the guards and a blind monk appears to Yutta to encourage him to take good care of the stone. A mysterious man called Chaiya (Chaiya Suriyun) keeps surveying the two groups. Yutta is involved despite him in the fightings between the two groups as he helped Maneewong and then sold some gems. Yutta loves Runfa but she cannot be trusted as she steals the black stone while he is sleeping. This time, Yutta helps Maneerak, younger sister of Maneewong. The black stone belongs to Tibet and Runfa tries to sell it. Maneerak is able to get the black stone as Rufa's domestic helper stole it. Maneewong wishes to get the full heritage of her father. Maneerak visits her mum (Ratanaporn Intarakamhaeng) in a Buddhist retreat on a hill. Yutta follows her but Maneewong and her lover Maekin are just behind. Duel happens between Yutta and Maekin. Everybody is now looking for the black stone. Maekin kills Rith during the fighting between the two groups. Yutta gets rid of Lak. Finally both Yutta and Maekin are discovered to be undercover police officers (ผู้กอง). Chaiya(Chaiya Suriyun) is an undercover military officer. Chaiya and the mother make everybody realize greed. Understanding is back in the family and Yutta will bring back the black stone to Tibet with Maneerak. This 1h37mn movie is part of Thai Tom Yam western style. The Thai movie poster mentioned that nine Thai stars, having received Thai cinema awards before, are featured in this movie.

It looks like Piyamas Monayakol is back to her hometown after studying in Bangkok and have then issues with some local ruffians (Rith, Chat, Pipop, Manop). Thanks to Sorapong and Lak, she fights back against ruffians. A love story is also happening between Sorapong and Piyamas. A first version of movie อีสาวบ้านไร่ with Sombat Methanee and Aranya Namwong was released in year 1970. The 1970 version features songs but the 1983 is a pure action movie with no songs.

The birthday celebration continues but during the evening Lit's ruffians bring the mess. Fighting (การต่อสู้) between Pao Porapak and Panum happens. Nakorn (Kecha Plianvithee) learns about Panum and send two hitmen to get rid of him and Chan. Chan is played by Nard Poowanai. Nakorn's ruffians are killed by Chan. Chan has to flee again. Two ruffians sent by Lit fail to shoot Panum. Panum is divided between Yeewa and Feui. Chan helps Panum and Feng attacked by ruffians while sending money to a wood sawmill. A master (อาจารย์) helps Panum to remember his real name as Ek. Nakorn is Ek's uncle. Ek was back from studying abroad. His father was killed (ถูกฆ่าตาย) and Ek lost memory while being injured. Thanks to master (อาจารย์), Ek recovers memory. Through the final, they storm the ruffians' place and all of them are shot. Unable to choose between Yeewa and Feui, Ek marries both of them!

In South Vietnam, protests happen to ask for US GI departure. The movie takes place in 1975 when America was leaving Vietnam. During Vietnam war, Thailand sent soldiers to South Vietnam to support USA as a partner. Last Thai soldiers (including veteran actor Lak Apichat) are about to leave also but their leader called Cobra (Sorapong Chatree) need them to perform a last task. Cobra and his team get support from Susan, a south Vietnamese soldier. They need to extract Nai Pol from the airport. Nai Pol is an important prisoner (นักโทษสำคัญ). Thanks to Vietnamese uniforms (สหาย), they succeed to infiltrate the base and release the prisoner. Salambo (Suriwan Suriyong), daughter of Nai Pol, joins them. A boat is waiting to evacuate them from Vietnam but Vietnamese soldiers will not let them go so easily. Arrived at the beach, thousands of boat people try also to flee. Susan refuses to leave and dies there. Some boats with Vietnamese soldiers are following them. In the sea, they find 3 stranded people, a banker, a prostitute and a mercenary. To avoid being captured, they have to stop by an island and dynamite their boat to destroy the military boat chasing them. But they have no way to quit the island. Another Vietnamese boat with their tough leader (Manop Aussawathep) arrives on the island to chase the Thai soldiers. Traps are placed in the jungle. Communist soldiers are displayed as heartless, i.e. killing helpless villagers (Krailat Kriengkrai). Dissensions appear as the banker, the mercenary and the prostitute want to go their own way. Tension and stress happen in the humid jungle causing some Thai soldiers to become crazy and less aware of dangers. Vietnamese soldiers defeated America but Thai soldiers are not willing to die one by one. Pol has hidden some microfilms in his leg. It contains the list of Vietnamese sympathizers in Thailand. So it is very important to avoid Bangkok becoming another Saigon. It also contains proofs that USA considered sending a nuclear bomb on Hanoi. The movie ends with various harsh fightings between Thai soldiers and Vietnamese soldiers. Only a limited number of Thai soldiers leave the island alive. ดาวพระเสาร์ (The Big Deal) movie is gathering three main stars from 1980s decade, i.e. Sorapong Chatree, Toon Hiransap and Jarunee Sooksawad. This movie is mixing action and romance. An impressive bunch of 1970s-1980s famous Thai actors are participating. Dam Datsakorn, more known for his ruffian leader role, is also the director. Dao Prasao (Sorapong Chatree) is similar to a lonesome cowboy but he has a strong kick (ตีนแรง) whenever somebody is looking for troubles. Taen (Toon Hiransap) wishes to befriend with Dao Prasao. Taen is chased by Sing Manorom's ruffians but gets help from Dao Prasao. Taen gives him a bag with 100 000 baht as a reward. Taeng, Taen's fiancee, is promised to ruffian Sing Manorom so Taen has no wish to live anymore. The 100 000 baht were supposed to be used while fleeing with Taeng. Diaw Dai (Wiyada Umarin), prostitute with sincere heart, helps them to hide from the ruffians. Tuang (Rith Luecha) is her evil pimp and wishes to take revenge following Diaw Dai betrayal. Dao Prasao promises to help Taen. Taeng (Jarunee Sooksawad) is the daughter of sub- district headman (kamnan) called Yot. Dao Prasao arrives as a mysterious wedding gift giver in order to enter more easily in Yot’s house. Causing a fire during the wedding eve, Dao Prasao takes profit of the mess to flee with Taeng. He is injured while helping her. Despite a plot from Tuang, all succeed to escape the ruffians. Diaw Dai has some feelings for Dao Prasao. Some feelings start also between Taeng and Dao Prasao. His real name is Kata. He left his home as his fiancee married his father while he was studying abroad. Meanwhile while visiting Taen's home, Taeng discovers he has already a fiancee! In fact his father wants to force him to marry a high society lady called Kaew (Thitima Sangkapitak). Feeling sad, Taeng is finally captured again by the ruffians. Aware of this, Dao Prasao with close friend Dang's support raid the ruffians nightclub. Jarunee excels in Thai boxing skill-set and they succeed to escape. Taeng is disappointed by Taen as he doesn't dare to oppose his father to protect their love (อยู่ในอำนาจบารมีของพ่อ). He is not as courageous as Dao Prasao. Taen feels hurt by Taeng’s words. Chumporn, head of ruffians, is leading a prostitution ring. They capture many ladies including Taeng, Kaew, Diaw Dai to sell them to an international buyer. Tuang kills Diaw Dai as a revenge. Dao Prasao and Taen successfully release the ladies through fierce fights on moving trucks and through motorized acrobatics. Taen wishes to show he has courage also. Kaew is killed during the battle. Taen and Taeng are reunited. Dao Prasao leaves them and continues his life as a lonesome cowboy. Dao Prasao has accomplishes his mission as Taen and Taeng can be happy together now. An earlier version with Sombat Methanee was shot in 1970.

Khongra (Sorapong Chatree) is relative (หลาน) of Am Su Ra Krai (Toon Hiransap). Khongra is coming to Phailom district to visit Am. Am's team, such as Wo (Lak Apichat), needs to carry guns as the area is full of ruffians (นักเลงบ้านนอก) such as Thaem (Porjed Kaenpetch). Mr Putr is accused to have stolen (ปล้นรถไถ) Am's tractor. Local ruffians forbid farmers to cultivate the fields but as Khongra dares to bring a tractor, he has no choice but to shoot them. Later on, he helps a young lady Chairon harassed by three ruffians. Chairon is living alone as her parents died already. Thaem is defeated by Khongra on one to one fight. Friendship starts between Thaem and Khongra. Godfather (เจ้าพ่อ) Bamjong (Kecha Plianvithee) wishes to recruit Khongra as he likes his style. Khongra discovers that the tractor was stolen by Mr Putr despite his disclaimer. Romance starts between Khongra and Chairon. All the illegal activities are handled by a local few godfathers including lady Sa (Aranya Namwong), Bamjong, Dam (Dam Datsakorn) and Reut (Rith Luecha). Chairon has been kidnapped and Khongra is ordered to leave the area within 24 hours. Meanwhile Khongra (เสียตัว) is also kidnapped by mysterious Amazons (Sopha played by Wiyada Umarin and Thitima Sangkapitak) but succeeds to escape. Gnoh (Kowit Wattanakul) is a policeman coming to arrest drug traffickers believed to be linked to local ruffians. Am, Khongra storm Putr's home to know where Chairon is. Before dying, Putr just says she is located at Beung Mai. While going to Beung Mai, they meet Sopha again. It is a trick to split Am, Wo and Khongra. In a fierce shooting, Wo is killed. Sa is suspected to have kidnapped Am. Khongra and Thaem are captured and imprisoned with Am. Chairon provides a hidden message but her behavior is noticed by the guard (ทรยศ). Chairon and Sopha are sentenced to death by Sa. Hopefully Khongra, who succeeds to escape, helps them on time. A festival for farmers is happening in Phailom district. Khongra is aware of the ruffians’ plan to intimidate farmers in order to finally possess the whole land in the area. Explosions happen during the festivities. Following various shootings and car chasing, all ruffians are killed or captured by Khongra, Am and police led by Gnoh. She has same face as his former wife. Her name is Soyi and she has good fighting skills also. She is carried by Pipop Pupinyo and Somsak Chaisongkram. Lao Thong buys guns from her brother Lao (Phairoj Jaising), who tries to get rid of him and Lak. Soyi helps Lao Thong to flee so causing her brother's ire. A mysterious soldier (Hong Kong actor ฉีเส้าเฉียน / Norman Chu), called Norman, helps Asuma and her sister aggressed by ruffians. Tong Chi fights against Norman as he believes he tries to seduce Asuma. Lao Thong and Norman also fight. Norman asks to meet Lao to buy weapons. Norman kidnaps Soyi as he wishes to infiltrate the ruffians. Lao tries to release his sister but he is defeated by Norman. Lao Thong releases Soyi and takes away the weapons with Tong Chi. Lao Thong defeats Norman but spares his life. Tong Chi hides weapons inside Lisu village. The village is stormed by ruffians. All gather to storm the ruffians' place. The big leader is identified as Decha (Kecha Plianvithee). Fightings and explosions occur with all ruffians being killed but unfortunately Lao and Tong Chi also die.

Oi (Jarunee Sooksawad) is leaving her village and is going to the city (กรุง) to find a work. Teum (Krailat Kriengkrai) proposes to help. After a long trip, they reach the textile factory (คนงานใหม่). Rangsan (Kriengkrai Unhanan) as factory manager (ผู้จัดการ) agrees to recruit Oi and her two friends. Rotchai is the factory controller (ห้าม, ไม่อนุญาต). Factory workers sleep in dormitory and share big bathroom. The factory manager seems to like Oi a lot. His parents are played by famous veteran actor Somchai Samipak and veteran actress Juree Osiri. Chalai is a high-so girl pushed by Rangsan's mother to marry her son. Working conditions are hard in the factory, i.e. hot and noisy environment. Japanese investors are visiting the factory. Yamada, the Japanese factory owner, wants Oi to represent the Thai factory in Japan as angel protector. Everybody is stunned by Oi's beauty when she wears traditional clothes. Molam song is used as soundtrack (สาวโรงงาน). Oi is split between her boyfriend waiting for her in Isan and the strong interest shown by the factory manager Rangsan. There is a contest in the factory similar to Songkran festival (ประกวด เทพธิดาโรงงาน or angel factory contest). Pa Chan, an old aunt (Wilaiwan Watthanaphanit), working there for twenty years, gets the title. A high society fair is organized by Rangsan's parents in their home. Oi is invited (สวัสดีปีใหม่). There is a contrast between western classical music used in high society part and Molam listened in the factory. But at the end the high society people (ผู้ดี) also push each other for the buffet. Lak Apichat is playing a house guard. The fair degenerates as Chalai denigrates Oi (คนบ้านนอก) and ends up with a bowl of food on the head. Rangsan refuses to punish Oi as she didn't behave badly in her job so the mother hires ruffians but they get pushed back thanks to the taxi driver Pen (อโนเชาว์ ยอดบุตร). Many countryside people have dreams when coming to Bangkok the first time (กรุงเทพเป็นเมืองฟ้า). Some workers end up working in sauna believing work is easier and getting fast money. Pa Chan loses conscience again while working. Despite being a worker dedicated for twenty years, she is finally thrown away like a dog (is it the reward for being a slave for twenty years?). A sign shows “Safety first” but no action is taken to help Pa Chan. Rangsan explains the gesture by being worried about syndicates and wish to avoid inspections as it could mean additional expenses. Oi rescues the old lady at her home. Oi is invited in Japan and shall be selected as factory angel representative. On the day of the announcement event, Pa Chan dies of sickness in Oi's arms. Oi makes a touching speech to the factory management complaining about their lack of humanity towards Pa Chan. She quits her job and goes back to Isan. Her boyfriend is on the way to Saudi Arabia to work there one year. She finds her father. Only family is source of trust and happiness. The movie เทพธิดาโรงงาน lasts 2 hours. It has been adapted into a Thai TV serie in year 2012.

It is Nam (Sombat Methanee). A truck carrying weapons is stopped by Thai Police thanks to Nam. Nam warns Bancha but a fighting erupts with his tough guys. Nam gets help from a mysterious masked vigilante woman, wearing red clothes. Nam meets Nissa (Wassana Sitthiweth), daughter of the police head. Yot (Lak Apichat) helps Pat (Piathip Kumwong) kidnapped by ruffians. Ruffians kidnap Sia / เสี่ย Boo Wibunnan’s child and shoot him in the shoulder. Hopefully red and black masked vigilantes follow the car but get attacked by yellow masked men (องค์การสีเลือง). Two ladies Pat and Nissa (นกสองตัว) are captured by Bancha's team, who are preparing to betray Thailand. Yodchai Meksuwan and Darlin (Duangcheewan Komolsen), from Malaysia, are police members. Bancha threatens the police head to kill his daughter Nissa if their business is disrupted again. Nam simulates joining the yellow gang in order to be able to release the ladies. Palan Phuthai is coming back to Chayaphum area after having spent a few years in prison as a former hit man. During the bus trip, he becomes friend with the bus fare collector, who promises to present him his sister called Taew. Back in Chayaphum, things have changed. Following a dispute with a dishonest placement company sending Thai workers abroad, his mother and brother died. He has to take care of a small baby that he confides to the district officer's wife. The district officer knows that Palan has become a good person. Palan has arguments with the dishonest placement company as they take money from poor people and never send them abroad for work. The boss of the placement company is a local godfather called Kamthorn, who is also involved in illegal logging. Palan robs important documents from the placement company and even abducts Kamthorn's daughter, Busaba, to force him to stop his illegal activities. It fails as Palan has to exchange the small baby against Busaba. Taew become Palan's wife. Kamthorn tries to get rid of Palan and the district officer by using a hit man, former friend of Palan. Finally Kamthorn dies and Palan gives his gun back to the district officer as justice has won.

Thai movie Ai Sio (ไอ้เสียวหมัดสัง) was released in year 1981 and lasts 2h03mn. Sio (Sombat Methanee) from Isan area is going to Bangkok for the first time to find a job. Some people promise him a fake job in Saraburi. They drug him with sedative pills (ยานอนหลับ) and steal his money. Sio speaks Isan language only. Sio finds the three men again and a fight erupts. Very strong, Sio kills them during the fight thanks to his strong punch. Sio ends up in jail with two other men, Lak Apichat and Boo Wibunnan, who are pickpockets. They become friends. Released from prison, Lak and Boo meet Phi Kang (Adul Dulyarat), who has serious issues with ruffians led by Boonchai (Manop Aussawathep) wishing to buy his garden. There are gems (พลอยแดง) in his garden soil. His children are Sayan Chantaraviboon, Supansa Nuengpirom and her elder sister played by Ampha Pusit. Sombat is having two roles in this movie, i.e. Sio and Sia! Sia Songsak is another local ruffian and his mother is played by Chosri Misommon. Some people confuse Sio and Sia. Sio has to punch people mistaking him as Sia. Sia finally finds Sio. Fighting erupts between both of them. Through the fight, Sio kills Sia due to his strong fist punch. Each time he gets hit below the stomach, Sio loses his temper. Afraid of being arrested by police again, both Sio and Boo leave for Chantaburi. Arriving there, they are involved in another fight and befriend with young men. Boo brings them to work with him. Sio likes fair justice (รักความยุติธรรม). Ruffians propose a 5 to 5 fight. Rith Luecha is one of the fighters. If they lose, they have to sell the garden. Thanks to Sio, they win. Trying a last solution, the ruffians kidnap the two daughters. Even Saran, now able to fight, joins them. Through final fighting, ruffians are neutralized. Sio is injured while protecting Supansa. US movie Rocky soundtrack is used.

Boon Peng tries to use love potion (น้ำมันพราย) to win Prin's heart. Thiu becomes an adversary (รู้มากแล้ว). Prin cannot refuse as she needs to show gratitude (กตัญญู) to her mother. Boon Peng wants to accelerate the wedding date but Thiu decides to fight back (ต่อสู้สำหรับความรักของเรา). It is Thiu's real Love (ศักดิ์สิทธิ์) against Boon Peng's bad black magic. Meanwhile another Boon Peng's follower wishes to be her wife. Boon Peng has to kill her as she was threatening to announce their relationship to the whole village. The daughter is witness that her mother stopped at Boon Peng's house. Thiu arrests Boon Peng, who is condemned to death by decapitation. According to the legend swords couldn't cut his head (ดาบฟันไม่เข้า) until he accepts remorse (ชดใช้กรรม). This movie reminds of 1960s Thai horror movies ambiance mixing comedy and slight horror with frightening owl sounds. This movie is based on a real story, which happened during Rama VI period. A spirit doctor has many followers (ลูกศิษย์), who were mainly ladies. He killed some of them for their money and was throwing the bodies away hidden in a chest. He was finally captured and killed in 1919. A version of this story was done in 1967. Sombat Methanee was already the main actor.

Reuang uses money (สินน้ำใจ) to corrupt officials. The three heros (Lek, Kao and Lak)) disrupt Reuang’s business. Reuang hires Keng, a strong kung fu fighter to get rid of them. Despite losing to him, keng lets them ago as he is a former friend of their father. Finally they attack directly Reuang and succeed to capture him. Unwilling to forgive, they put some explosives in the small cabana (ผีเฝ้าที่นี่) and flee the police. They finally surrender three days later and get a fair trial. The movie lasts 1h49mn. Other ruffians led by Klam (Manop Aussawathep) finds Thai and helps him. After recovery, Thai still wishes to take revenge so Klam sends a few men to help him. Thai takes revenge over Palat by killing him. Kit (Lak Apichat), head of the Northern ruffians, meets Thai and they become friend. The big boss (นายใหญ่) orders his ruffians to disrupt the Thai scouts. In 1970s the Thai scouts were protecting Thai villages against Thai communism. Thai moves to a new district and joins the Thai scouts (ลูกเสือ). Thai meets Kanda (Ampha Pusit). Kit plays a crazy beggar. Thai understands that Thai scouts are good people and help each other. He meets a woman reminding him about his mother's kindness. A lovestory starts between Thai and Kanda. Ready for action, Klam storms the village to get rid of the scout's leader but the scouts prevent him to be shot. Klam warns them he has a hidden man ready to kill the leader if he doesn't surrender by himself. Thai is identified as the traitor and blamed by the scouts (ขายชาฅิ, slapped by Kanda, having same name as Thailand...). Thai acknowledges to be a former ruffian and accepts any arbitration as he didn't plan to hurt the scouts. They reintegrate him. On next day, the leader quits the village and the ruffians plan to kill him. Thai, aware of it, tries to prevent the killing but gets shot. Thai soldiers arrive but too late. Kit and Klam shot each other.

The owner’s daughter called Nori (Aranya Namwong) is concerned about Lom’s righteousness. The movie dares a scene with two actresses (including Orasa Isarangkul) kissing each other. Net (Manop Aussawathep) brings money to local mafia leader Prachuap Ruekyamdee. Bulam (Tanyarat Lohanan), selling soup, is upset with these two ladies. So she uses Net and his ruffians to bully the ladies (รังแกผู้หญิง). Lom (Sombat Methanee) being around kicks the ruffians. Net asks Lom for one to one fighting on the next day. Krai, Sukon Koewliam, Lak Apichat are part of Lom's team. Lom defeats Net and wins. Grand mother (Sulaleewan Suwanthat) takes care about the girls. While scuba diving, Nori finds some war weapons on an island. Ruffians, aware that Nori discovered their hidden hideaway, put a bomb in her boat but she escapes to death. Bulam is now bullied by the ruffians but this time, Don Manora (Krung Srivilai) helps her. To join Net's team, Don agrees to knock out Lom but he fails. Don flees with Bulam. Don wishes to meet นาย Prachuap as he wishes to work for him. At nighttime he investigates their warehouses and finds boxes full of M16 weapons. Prachuap is upset as his stock of weapons hidden on the island has disappeared. Simulating being a spirit doctor (หมอดู), Phairoj Jaising is visiting the ruffians site. He meets เสีย Prachuap's girlfriend (Tharika Thidathip). Jaising is undercover policeman. He is recognised and captured. Don succeeds to release him and flees with Bulam. The ruffians succeed to kidnap the ladies again. Fightings happen with the police. Ruffians are overcome. Net tries to flee with the van with the girls and runs over Prachuap. He finally crashes the van in a ravine causing his death and death of Bulam also. Nori finally understands that Lom, Don and Jaising are all policemen.

A second gold transfer is arranged but it is attacked again by ruffians led by Titio. Phaniek was part of the team protecting the gold transfer as he wanted to ensure that his good old friend Saeng was safe. Unfortunately, Saeng is killed despite Phaniek trying to help him. Lak and Pipop are aware somebody succeeds to escape but they are not aware it is Phaniek. Titio asks them to find and kill the survivor. Sathan has arguments with Lak and Pipop as they also treat Phaniek as a dog. Sathan and Phaniek become friends. Phaniek realises that Sathan is Saeng's son. Sathan is struck between taking revenge and following his duty as policeman. Salika is named as new company boss by her father. Phaniek brings Sathan to work in the mine. Salika hires them despite Titio opposing. Chat Mongkolchai is close friend (เพื่อนรัก) with Titio. Anan and Salika realize that Dao and Titio have stolen money since a long time by forging accounts. Phaniek and Sathan get rid of Chat. Titio is fired by Salika. Titio prepares a revenge and plans to attack the next gold transfer by himself. Ruffians are pushed back by police led by Phaniek and Sathan. But Salika is kidnapped by Titio… Salika is released thanks to Dao, worried that Titio wishes to harass Salika. Ruffians are neutralized. Anan forgives Dao and Phaniek stops drinking alcohol!

Lao Thong (Sorapong Chatree) is a Hmong leaving in Northern part of Thailand. He has a wife called Siew Fa and a young boy named Soo Noi. While he is away, his wife Siew Fa has been kidnapped by ruffians, who have been threatening the mountain villagers since years. Lao Thong's nickname is the Mountain Lion (เสือภูเขา) as he can run very fast. Lao Thong goes after the ruffians and find their camp. Their leader is Museudam. Lao Thong and Siew Fa have to kill Chayo, Museudam's brother, in order to escape from the ruffians' camp. They need to flee with their son from the Hmong village as Museudam seeks for revenge. Unfortunately Lao Thong and his family are captured by another ruffians group. Hopefully their leader, Cha Teun, is a former sergeant who knows well Lao Thong. Some ruffians believe they are undercover policemen so Lao Thong has to fight and defeat them to win his freedom. Opium trade has always been a huge traffic in Northern Thailand due to Golden Triangle (Burma, Laos and Thailand). Lao Pho (Lak Apichat) is a Hmong village working with the police border to neutralize local ruffian gangs. Cha Teun's gang is attacked by the Police. Cha Teun believes that Lao Thong is the traitor who warned the police. Then both gangs decide to take revenge over him. They decide to hire another Hmong as only a lion can catch a lion. His wife, Siew Fa, is injured. Na Cha (Jarunee Sooksawad), Lao Pho's sister, helps them. Museudam and Cha Teun try to hire Lao Pho (แมวไม่ฆ่าแมว) but to no avail. So Museudam kills Lao Pho's father and accuses Lao Thong so he suceeds to convince Lao Pho's to chase Lao Thong. Na Cha fights very well but is in fact a girl. Siew Fa finally kills herself to avoid being the one slowing her family down. Lao Thong takes revenge over the ruffians, who disband. The two ruffian groups even kill each other and only Cha Teun succeeds to flee as his own gang is wiped away. A love story starts between Lao Thong and Na Cha. Na Cha succeeds to convince her brother that the culprit is Museudam and not Lao Thong. Museudam kidnaps Lao Thong's son. Lao Thong, Cha Teun, Na Cha and Lao Pho storm the ruffians' campement. Ruffians are defeated but Lao Pho dies while protecting Lao Thong. The Mountain Lion is one of the most famous movies directed by Kom Akadej. It is shot within beautiful Thai northern landscapes. It was one of the few Thai movies dealing about Hmong community. The Mountain Lion - เสือภูเขา (1979) movie remains famous for its Kung Fu scenes. Running out of money, they decide to rob a bank. Sithao Petcharoen and Thuam Thoranong are among the policemen being warned about a robbery. Sompong Phonmitr, as head of police, orders the Police to surround the bank. The six friends succeed to flee by disguising themselves as ladies. They put a fake bomb around a group of ruffians (Dam Datsakorn, Lak Apichat, Pipop Pupinyo, Somsak Chaisongkram, อนันต์ สัมมาทรัพย์...), who promised to get revenge knowing it was a trick. The bank boss is Boo Wibunnan. The police head is upset with three policemen as they let the six fake ladies escape. They must catch them back to erase their mistakes. The six friends have a car accident but get help from truck drivers led by young lady Ae (Nipaporn Nongnuch). Ae invites them to her home. There, they find Boo, Ae's father, playing cards with other men. Luckily, Boo does not recognize them. Boo is losing money. As Tok is knowing card tricks, he gets the money back. The six friends prefer to leave afraid that Boo would recognize them. They decide to look for a job in Bangkok. Ae invites them to her home in Bangkok and guarantees that her father will find jobs for them. Going to Bangkok, Tok leaves the bank bag full of money to his aunt Malee Wetpraseri. The friends then separate to avoid being caught by the police. Tok meets his old old friend Elvis (วิสูตร ตุงคะรัตน์ - Thai Elvis), who invites him. In Ae’s house, the friends meet the aunt Chosri Misommon and Ae’s elder sister Ann (Duangcheewan Komolsen). The ruffians try to take revenge over the six friends, but finally they give up as they see the Police chasing the friends. Back at his aunt’s house, Tok finds she has died, and the money has disappeared. At the funerals, Sukon Koewliam announced to Tok that aunt Hom had used the money to donate to the local Buddhist temple to build a sacred chapel. Thai people finally catch the six friends and Boo recognizes them as robbers of his bank!

Thai movie เกวียนหัก was released in year 1978 and lasts 1h26mn. The DVD picture is not sharp as the original 35mm film was certainly very damaged and incomplete. The DVD was released by Happy Home Entertainment in year 2014. Aunt Sarinthip Siriwan is taking care of her nephew Rien (Nantana Ngao Krajang), whose beauty impresses many men. She is just 16 years old and is the daughter of subdistrict headman Kecha (Kecha Plianvithee). น้อง Kuay (Duangcheewan Komolsen) likes Faeng but he prefers Rien. Sor (Sor Asanajinda) is the Faeng’s father. Taming (Dam Datsakorn) is a robber. Sayan Chantaraviboon and Lak Apichat are part of his team. Sawin Sawangrat is the village leader (ผู้ใหญ่). Today is an important day to perform good deeds at the Buddhist temple (ทำบุญที่วัด). Chan (Somphob Benjatikul) tries to seduce Krajang. Festival, dances, songs, fireworks do happen after the religious ceremony. Faeng wins a small contest similar to rocket festival (ประเพณีบุญบั้งไฟ) versus Chan. Faeng (Sorapong Chatree) loves Rien so it generates jealousy from other men in the village. While trying to kiss Rien, Faeng is injured by her to the arm by her spade (ไม่เสียหาย). During the night Taming robs some houses. Faeng is summoned to subdistrict headman's house. Faeng is accused to have joined Taming the night before to rob houses. Faeng has an injury at the arm so he must be culprit. Rien admits she was the one to injure Faeng (เรื่องปล้นหรือเรื่องปล้ำ) because he tried to kiss her. Kecha loses face in front of the villagers! Disappointed, Kuay enters in Faeng's room. He pities her and tells an old secret story about the village leader being the one robbing houses before. They almost become lovers but Faeng asks her to go back. Chan declares his love to Rien but she is not interested. He wishes to ask her hand to her father. Rien and Faeng love each other but the subdistrict headman forbids Faeng to meet his daughter again. The father shall bring her away on the next day. Faeng and Rien become lovers (รักเหมือนโจร). Taming promises to help. Faeng's father is found dead. Faeng storms the subdistrict headman's place as he believes he knows who is behind the murder. Fightings occurs and the village leader is killed. Faeng learns where Chan and Rien are heading. Love circumstances towards Rien push Faeng to become a ruffian. Fierce fightings happen when Taming, Faeng and the ruffians storm the convoy led by Chan. Faeng defeats Chan but Rien dies following her injuries caused by the cart (เกวียน) falling on her.

Ruffian Malboro (Kecha Plianvithee) is coming from Indonesia with his two daughters Suriya (Pissamai Wilaisak) and Dara (Pawana Chanajit). New task given to Phukphan is to kidnap a politician. Phukphan’s double game is unmasked by Nida but she remains silent. The kidnapping fails as Phukphan, Phan and the police act on time. Malboro suspects there is betrayal (ทรยศ) inside Sangvien's team. Phukphan is uncovered. Malboro decides now to use his own daughters to plan. Oon, Phukphan’s girlfriend, is working in a club. Malboro’s ruffians chase Oon to know where Phukphan is living. The murder attempt on Phukphan fails. Following shopping in Siam Square, Dara and Suriya are chased by the police. They flee through a taxi and are finally rescued by Phukphan and Phan. Those two guys cannot resist trying seducing beautiful ladies. The secret organisation (องค์การ) kidnaps Mareusi, daughter of a politician, during her birthday party. It is the unique daughter of a rich politician of Thailand’s main party. The organisation retreats to their secret base and asks for a ransom. Wen changes side as he refuses to betray anymore his own country. Phukphan, Phan and the police invade the island. Multiple shootings happen during which Dara, SangVien, Nida and many ruffians lost their life. Malboro dies following a boat accident while fighting with Phukphan. There is a moralist nationalist ending as Wen, who helps Thai police, survives his injuries. Phukphan promises to marry Suriya. ด่านนรก (Asian Connection) is a typical 1970s Thai action movie involving Thai police and Thai army fighting against a mysterious international organisation threatening Thailand integrity.

He gets framed by drug traffickers and ends up in jail. Policeman Kanchit (Kanchit Kwanpracha) is building a team including Somjing (Piyamas Monayakol) to fight traffickers. He asks to get Labeu in his team as he believes he is not guilty and it would be a redemption opportunity. Labeu is reluctant but as it is to neutralise a dangerous organisation and clean Thailand's bad reputation as drug trafficking platform, he finally accepts. Drug traffickers include the boss Decha (เจ้านาย - Kecha Plianvithee), Phi Ho (Dam Datsakorn), Chat Mongkolchai, Pipop Pupinyo, Suriya Chinaphan and Duangcheewan Komolsen as secretary. Phairoj Jaising (อาชีพขายขาว) gives free information to Gnamta as he despises drugs which made his brother die. Decha kills Duangchiwan being unfaithful with Phairoj. Decha killed Kwan's real father many years ago to take over the business. Decha refuses to share the drugs money benefits with his colleagues and imprisons them. Getting back Kwan, he takes refuge in a hidden maze but it gets storms by Labeu and the police. Decha is killed by Apichat. The drugs gang is annihilated and Labeu reinserted in the police as officer (สารวัตร).

Ruffians fail to get rid of Sakao. Misiko asks to meet Sakao again and warns him (เล่นกับความตาย) that ruffians are trying to kill him. Sakao is finally captured. Deu uses Dr Singhon’s signature to enter in their hidden place and install a microphone under the table. Sakao is beaten but refuses to disclose who he is. Ruffians are doing a weapons traffic to disrupt Thailand. Deu gathers information and informs the Police. Thai Police, led by Wittaya Sukdamrong, are ready to surround the house where ruffians are hiding. House is stormed and all ruffians are neutralized. Misiko was finally an inspector from Japanese Police.

Sing goes home in his village Thung Kla as he hasn't seen his mother for years but his home has been robbed and burnt. Anan (Kecha Plianvithee) is the local ruffians' leader. The subdistrict headman (กำนัน) and the police headman are corrupted by Anan. Seua Thong (Dam Datsakorn) is his close hand doing the dirty job. Mae Chom (Ratanaporn Intarakamhaeng), restaurant owner and wife of Anan, encourages Sing to sell his mother's land. Sing meets Tap (Lak Apichat) and Duangcheewan Komolsen, who tell him the difficulties faced by villagers. Pipop Pupinyo is a small ruffians' leader. Chen (Krung Srivalai) is visiting a friend in Thung Kla. He meets Oon (Naowarat Yooktanun), daughter of Anan. Chen knocks out Pipop. Sing's car explodes. It looks like somebody wants to get rid of him. Sing ends up in jail after shooting two ruffians including Chanee. Choomporn Theppitak, as head of police, orders to transfer him to prison. Lor Tok, Chat Mongkolchai, Dao (Piyamas Monayakol) prepare a plan to release one of their inmate colleagues. Seua Dao helps a prisoner so Sing takes opportunity to flee also. Anan is upset as he was planning to have Sing killed during the transportation but his plan foils. Chen and Sing are friends but nobody knows it. A drug and money exchange is planned by Anan and shall be managed by Seua Thong. But the plan is foiled also as Sing and Seua Dao intervene. Chen is suspected to have warned them. Chen is tortured by Anan as he betrayed him. Sing and Tap successfully release him. Only one song is featured in this movie. Somebody from Bangkok insinuates that Seua Thong shall replace Anan. It fails. Finally Sing, Tap and Chen storm Seua Tong's place. Ruffians are killed and Seua Thong dies following a speed boat race. The same team now storms Anan's place. About to kill Anan, Sing listens to Mae Chom and Oon and spares Anan's life. Anan is arrested by Pukong Palee.

Hin (Sombat Methanee) is a monk. One day he receives a letter from his younger niece announcing that his parents have been killed by ruffians, their house burnt and cattle stolen. Hin finally disrobes (ศึก). After so many years as monk, only a few people recognize him, i.e. Lung Kiaw (Sukon Koewliam) and his former teacher (Adinan Singhiran). Sombat Methanee shaved his head for this movie. Hin still behaves like a monk, speaks like a monk (โยม), carry his umbrella and stay calm but sometimes it is too much to endure and ruffians get smashed! Subdistrict headman Loi (Sawin Sawangrat) is now living on the land belonging to Hin's relatives. He is always protected by a bunch of ruffians including Pipop Pupinyo. Fon (Piyamas Monayakol) is the daughter of subdistrict headman Loi. Lom (Phairoj Jaising), Hin’s former classmate, is the son of subdistrict headman Loi. Phi Saen (Kanchit Kwanpracha) takes care of Neung and Sai, Hin's nephews. Ang (Lak Apichat) always follows Hin to help him. Lom’s girlfriend is called Chada (Wiyada Umarin) and is the daughter of Pho Lieng. Hin just wants to take care of his nephews and not bring trouble regarding the land (ผมมาดี). A new house is built and vegetables are planted. Hin wears colorful shirts (สีแปลกๆ). On the way to sell the corn, Hin's truck is stolen and Hin is beaten. Dam Datsakorn and Rith Luecha are the ones behind. They are Pho Lieng’s faithful lieutenants! As Hin is at hospital, Rith kidnaps Sai. Ruffians fail to kill Hin at the hospital so he is aware through Neung and Fon. Pho Lieng (Kecha Plianvithee), the big boss, wishes to marry Fon but Loi knows his daughter will never accept. Seua Tim (Manop Aussawathep) is seen with Pho Lieng but keeps his independence. Hin finds Sai but it is too late as she has been raped and killed. Hin has to forget his previous Buddhist vows (เรื่องคนชั่ว) to take revenge. Hin reuses the chain that was used to kill Sai in order to hit the ruffians. Fierceful fights happen between Hin and Rith / Dam in an underground casino. Despite Hin winning, Pho Lieng orders the ruffians to kill Hin but Seua Tim forbids as guns are not allowed in his casino. Hin kidnaps Fon to bring trouble to Kamnan Loi. Pho lieng orders to kill Subdistrict headman Loi as this latter refuses to enter in a bigger scale of corruption (แบ่งกันกินแบ่งกันใช่). Lom and Fon believes the murderer is Hin. Finally Seua Tim explains the truth to them. Justice happens and all the ruffians are killed. Hin leaves as a lonely cowboy. Young lady Thep is witness of a robbing and murder of a businessman. Two ruffians fail to silence her as she is able to fight back. By trying to help, she finds herself accused of the murder. She is living with her sick mother. Nathuan, the stepfather, is a lazy man, who only drinks alcohol, plays card and despises Thep. Thep has to flee from her home to avoid being captured by the police. She finds refuge in a slum community. She is welcomed in a group of youngsters selling newspapers. They name her Suey (สวย - beautiful). She accepts to be the elder (พี่) and take care about the younger (น้อง). One of the ruffians, Pen, has a sick mother also. They planned to rob the businessman money as his girlfriend Orathai told them he should withdraw 500 000 Baht on that day. Only 5 000 baht were found but newspapers announces that 10 millions have disappeared. They believe money is with Thep so look for her in Bangkok. Her new friends kindly ((น้ำใจ) give their money to cure her mother. She has to flee the ruffians and take refuge in a fashion designer shop. The businessman was finally only injured. He lied about the money to cause trouble inside ruffians team. His son, Phetchaboon, doesn't like his new step mother. He is right as she is involved in the robbing tentative. The son Phetchaboon chases Suey as he wants to catch those who tried to kill his father. There is a fire in the slum. Their home is burnt. Phetchaboon welcomes the group in his home and also accepts Suey's mother. While going to the slum to fetch her mother back home, there is a fight with Nathuan and the mother is killed. Meanwhile Suey’s friends are kidnapped by the ruffians. Pen refuses to join a jewelry robbery. Pen is confused as he needs money to cure his mother but promised to her to be a good man. The ruffians leader Pralit kills his mother as a revenge. Suey recognizes Pen in the street. She catches him with Petchaboon. He tells them where her friends are held prisoners. Suey releases him as he has become a good man but it is too late for his mum. During a feast organized by the businessman, the ruffians open the safe. Aware of the plan, Suey, Petchaboon, Pen and the friends stop them from escaping. Orathai is dismissed and Pen takes revenge over Pralit regarding his mother murder. The movie ends with many happy weddings. The main actor is Juk Mahachai (จักร มหาชัย), who seems to have had a short cinematographic career in 1970s.

Kun Thong's mother is Mae Kaew (Petchara Chaowarat) but he has no father. Mae Kaew refuses to mention who the father is. Kun Thong's mother is very religious oriented (ทำบุญ). Other children such as Saen (Lak Apichat) scold him about the lack of father. Only young girl Phikun (Piyamas Monayakol) protects him. Years have passed. Phikun is the village headman’s daughter (พ่อกำนัน). Saen is the son of a local rich influential man. Kun Thong (Sorapong Chatree) is a poor farmer. Romance is happening between Phikhun and Kunthong. Phikhun believes in kindness (ทำดีได้ดี). Kunthong helps Phikhun during the sacred cloth ceremony around the village chedi (ผ้าห่มพระธาตุ). Saen is jealous about Kunthong. Petchara recommends her son not to have hope about a wedding with Phikhun as he is poor. One day Kunthong helps a young lady called Than being aggressed by ruffians. As Than has no place to go as being sold by her family, Mae Kaew shelters her in her home. At night, while Kunthong and Than are away, Mae Kaew is aggressed by Saen and his ruffians. She losts her sight. She only remembers her aggressor wears a big specific ring. She doesn't have any enemies except Seua Yoi who killed her husband twenty years ago following cards debts. Kunthong wishes to buy eye medicine to a local doctor but pricing argument degenerates into a fight with the doctor's son, who is killed by accident (Krai Kanchit). Kunthong has to flee. Saen wishes to arrest Kunthong. Meanwhile Kunthong is looking for Seua Yoi to kill him. Nowadays Seua Yoi has become a solitary monk in a cave to expiate his past mistakes. He is not the one who hurts his mother. Kunthong misses his mum but finally becomes a thief (กรรมของเขา) but a Robin Hood like as he is only stealing from dishonest people. One day Kunthong has to kill a son in front of his mother to protect himself. He has hard feelings thinking about his own mum. Than has leper (โรคติดต่อ). Kunthong decides stopping being a thief. He gets smacked by Phikhun as he doesn't care about his mum. The one taking full care is Than despite Mae Kaew is not her mother. An engagement is arranged between Phikhun and Saen (ขันหมาก). Phikhun's father forbids her to visit Mae Kaew anymore. Mae Kaew recovers sight thanks to the eye medicine given by Kunthong (แม่มองเห็นแล้ว). Kunthong is aware of the engagement. On the evening, Phikhun disappears with Kunthong. Farmers including Mae Kaew are then expropriated. Their houses are burnt. Than is left behind due to her decease. Than dies in Kunthong's arms but has time to relate the ring story. Through a suspense final, Kunthong and Phikhun surrender to the village headman but Kunthong gets shot by Saen. Only injured, Kunthong shots back Saen. The village headman's thugs shot deadly Kunthong and Phikhun is caught in the crossfire. They die in each other arms. Both Mae Kaew and the village headman feel the pain of losing their child. This movie is really about love for mothers. It is also a tragedy as in real life Petchara Chaowarat became blind a few months after this movie released in 1978. It was her last movie.

Noon (Mayura Thanabutr), daughter of a local headteacher (พงษ์ลดา พิมลพรรณ), is visiting her mother in Nakhon Phanom. Her mother is taking care of poor children. Her father is Prachuap Ruekyamdee. Relation is tense with her father as he has a new wife (เมียน้อย) called Pantip. Ruffians storm the police station. Ek and Dokdin neutralize them. Suriya Chinaphan, Ek’s teammate, meets young lady Moon there. Wan Dao and Yoti (Kanchit Kwanpracha) have business conflicts with Cheung (Lak Apichat) but they finally collaborate. Cheung and Wan Dao become lovers. Cheung's team is attacked by police led by Ek while transporting illegal goods in the jungle. Ek is injured but Dokdin is helping him to hide. Ruffians are looking for Ek to get revenge. Dokdin brings Ek to hospital and they finally flee. Ek needs to marry within three months to receive the heritage (มรดก) per the testament. Ek wishes to marry Noon but his lawyer (Choomporn Theppitak) wishes him to marry his engaged fiancée. Ek refuses as he hasn't realized that his engaged fiancée and Noon are the same person. Dokdin used a similar scenario in movie ไก่นา (1971). Yoti has arguments with Ek. Pantip is also Yoti's mistress. Ruffians storm again the school. Ladies resist. Moon hits Cheung badly and it makes him crazy. Ruffians burn the school buildings and Moon is raped by Cheung. The head teacher (แม่ครู) is kidnapped. Prachuap is aware that Pantip betrays him (ควายแก่) as policemen saw her kissing Yoti. They shot each other. Ek and his teammates storm the camp. Fierce fightings do happen. Noon takes revenge over Cheung and gets reunited with Suriya. Dokdin marries a teacher also.

Yuak (Dokdin Kanyaman) is involved in a shooting with police. He is part of a drug gang selling cannabis (กัญชา) hidden in garlands sold by kids. Yuak is finally arrested and spends 6 years in jail. His release happens just during Songkran period. His relative has taken care of his now grown-up niece, Klong (Mayura Thanabutr) (เด็กสลัม). Local policeman warns Yuak (หม้าว้ด) to beware of any misconduct if he doesn't want to go to jail again. Klong's mother Kae Son has left and stopped sending money to her. The mother went to live with a ruffian called Rot (Choomporn Theppitak). He is a violent man stealing Klong's school fee. Rot is now involved in cannabis traffic also and has a new wife. While Yuak, Klong and Songthai (Suriya Chinaphan) are playing music, police arrests some drug traffickers nearby. Afraid of police, Yuak flees in front of inspector Pheung's (Sombat Methanee) despite being innocent. They are arrested and then released but Pheung gets scolded by Klong. Prachuap (Prachuap Ruekyamdee) is a doctor fighting drug usage. He is the father of one of Klong's best friend, Phanit. Pheung is Phanit's brother. Pheung's girlfriend, Chat, dislikes immediately Klong as she is having a famous family name (สกุล) which is improbable as being a poor girl from slum (สลัม). Klong and Yai have issues with Rot and it ends up at the police station but Rot flees before as he is involved in narcotics. Yai is severely sick. Klong has no money to cure her so one of her friends in the slum sacrifices herself with men to find the money. Following an advice from Yuak, it is discovered that Chaiyut (Lak Apichat), Chat’s secret lover, is involved in drug trafficking with Rot. Following gunfight with Pheung, Rot is shot. Chatchai, Phanit's boyfriend, is also involved in the traffic. Songthai helps Phanit to flee from Chatchai. Phanit and her friends are addicted so a detoxification is needed with special herbs tea by Yuak. Prachuap hits Songthai believing he mistreated his daughter. It is a weird situation as despite having a father fighting against drug usage, a policeman brother fighting against traffickers, Phanit is still a drug addict. Prachuap finds that Klong is the lost granddaughter (หลาน) of a rich heiress. Romance starts between Klong and Pheung. The old lady caused Klong's parents to split up as she couldn't accept a poor maiden for her son. So knowing this, Klong leaves her being very angry. Pheung understands Klong’s kindness versus Chat’s selfishness. Meanwhile Chat organises the kidnapping of the old lady. Klong and Pheung help on different side to neutralize Chaiyut and his team. The old lady is freed. Ruffians are shot by Pheung. Happiness can resume in the family. Dokdin's movie แม่ดอกกัญชา is a high criticism of usage of cannabis in Thai society, either in poor neighborhood or either high society. Cannabis sinners are shown on a torn tree (Buddhist symbolism). Dokdin’s movie highlights drug traffic, prostitution and drug taking in slums. As usual, Dokdin movie mixes comedy, romance and action.

Thai drug is sold to USA and dealer Chan Sopon is suspected as big money transfers are done by him from Thailand to USA. Police is doing enquiry on a double murder, i.e. a woman and her lover were killed. The killer is Aran (มือฆ่าระดับโลก) (Nirut Sirijanya). The husband, Chan, is a rich businessman and also a generous donator to local Buddhist temple but he claims to have nothing to do with this murder. His mistress is Nit, air hostess. Sasima Singsiri and Tasawan Saneewong are lady journalists enquiring on Chan's suspect wealth. Fighting in a car dealer and a car chase occur. So Don and Plao disrupt Chan’s business by catching his heroin. Chan is upset and orders his men to get rid of Don and Plao. The two lady journalists are undercover Thai policewomen. While having a break and having good time on a beach, a hitman misses to shoot Plao and one of the journalist ladies is killed. Plao's wife and his daughter are also killed per retaliation. Plao and Don storm Chan's place but he is gone overseas to Thailand already. Back to Thailand, Lak Apichat and เมือง อพอลโล่, part of Chan's team, follows them. Attacked by ruffians, Thai police woman Krissuda (Pawana Chanajit) comes on time to help Plao and Don. Aran and other ruffians fail to kill them once again but Plao is injured. Ruffians are convinced there is a police traitor among them as Thai police arrests Chan’s drug traffickers. Nit is the one helping Thai police. Somchai Samipak is playing the head of police. Aware of ruffians’ activities near a golf, Don and Tatsanee are captured and tortured by ruffians (ขายชาติ). Trying to warn Thai police for help, Nit is identified as the traitor. Aran loves secretly Nit since a long time. As Aran disobeys Chan’s order to kill Nit, Nit is finally killed by Lak. Plao and Krissuda come to help after being informed by Nit just before her death. Police storms the place. Aran kills the leader Chan as revenge as he loved also Nit. Through a final duel, Plao kills Aran.

Passengers push the bus and a fight occurs. Lak is about to shoot Krung, but Naowarat shoots him first. The bus continues its trip, but is stopped again. This time, they are stopped by professional robbers and brought to a remote camp. Sorapong and Krung agree to flee. At nighttime, they neutralize the guards. Fighting and shooting occur. Some bus passengers are killed, such as ภัทราวดี and Sayan. Robbers and other groups chase the bus to get revenge. More passengers are killed, but they succeed to flee. Through the radio, they do learn that there is a ruffian among them, who placed a time bomb in the bus. It is hidden inside the aunt's bag, but she is unaware… Pinyo jumps in the water with the bag and sacrifices his life. Doctor Nirut helps Ratanaporn to deliver her baby in the bus.

Ruffians are terrorising the local villagers (ปล้อนบ้าน). Krieng and Krai want to report a killing (แจ้งความ) to the village headman but he is out of town. The village headman has two children, Sarapee and her brother Han (หาญ - Dam Datsakorn). Han uses a lot of bad influence (อิทธิพล) and is always accompanied by ruffians. Han is committing extortion under the name of Seua Hin (เสืออินทร์). Sarapee is Krieng's love. Some villagers refuse to sell their land to Boonthong (บุญทอง), a local rich businessman. Boonthong is using Han to push them. He has a beautiful daughter called Angkap (อังกาบ - Piyamas Monayakol). Angkap is Krai's love (นางฟ้ามาแล้ว). Han doesn't appreciate his sister to go out with Krieng so this one is beaten by ruffians. Han also loves Angkap. Han is collaborating with Boonthong. Angkap is promised by her father to Han. The third son, Kan (กาญจน์), played by Nard Poowanai, is back. While Krieng and Krai are working in the fields, Kaew and the father are killed. The three brothers are looking for revenge. The village headman is not aware that his son is smuggling with Boonthong. Ket (เกตุ – Lak Apichat) is one of Han’s ruffians but he has a nice heart and always warns Angkap if something fishy is under preparation. Han is always looking for arguments with Krieng even during a temple fair. Han uses Ket to shoot Krai in the back while performing Thai folk dance (รำวง) as he is jealous of his relation with Angkap. Ket is playing double game as a fake bullet is used to shoot Krai. Ket warns Angkap that Han plans a night attack to get rid of Krai. Warned by Angkap, the three brothers prepare a surprise for Han and his ruffians. The ruffians fall in a trap and only Han and a few guys escape death. Han takes revenge over Ket by raping and killing his wife. Ket recognizes that Han’s missing short button is the one he found near his wife’s dead body. Following fist fights and car motorbike chase between Ket and Han, Han finally succeeds to flee. Han kills Boonthong to get his money and recruits more mercenaries. The three brothers and Ket are ready to fight back but they need to face 50 ruffians having M16 guns. Police lead by Mot is coming to help. Ruffians take Sarapee as hostage. A final face to face between the father and Han, the ruffian son, happens. Following a misunderstanding the village headman shoots his own son. Ket also dies. It is moralist ending. Ket is an unknown hero and law remains stronger than filial bonds. It is a 2h03mn movie. Krong is shot and injured by another gang. Tan refuses to work with Phi Pon (ขายหน้า). Chat Mongkolchai and his ruffians attack Mek's house but get defeated by KoLit and Mek following a long boat race. Wedding is happening between Mek and Wan. Chun is looking for troubles during the wedding but gets punched by Sing A. Tan is burnt in his car by Phi Pon's team and becomes blind. As a revenge, Phi Pon gets killed by Kanchit. Ruffians attack a bus and put fire into it. Hopefully military can help on time but some passengers die. Who was behind the ruffians? A local villager Chat is having financial difficulties. Nemana and Data, owners of the local sawmills, lend money to poor people with high interest. Chat bought a truck. He is close friend with Tai (Sombat Methanee), who is a village scout (ลูกเสือชาวบ้าน). The Village scouts was a right-wing group sponsored by the King and Queen of Thailand to promote national unity in 1970s. Villagers are helping each other. Due to debts (หนี้) Chat needs to give his rice fresh crop to Nemana. Poor (จน) people just work for the rich! Nemana gives him back the truck against his wife’s rice fields guarantee and allows him to cut trees in forest. He befriends with Prachan, who is Nemana’s close associate. Despite Nemana's promise, some other ruffians try to catch Chat so he has to fight back for his life. As he shots two men, he has to flee to Bangkok. They lie to him as the ruffians are not dead. He is driving a taxi in Bangkok. He gets framed by Prachan who puts drugs in his car (เล่นละคร) in order to increase Chat’s dependence to him as Chat needs to pay back his gratitude. He accepts to join their team. Nuan and Tai marry. Chat, due to easy money and lust, forgets his pregnant wife Bua (กรุงเทพสวรรค์คนมี นรกคนจน, คนลืมตัว). Back to the village Chat complains about the corruption of officials and how to benefit from it! Tai wishes to fight against this corruption that is bad for the country, fight against the bad parliament members. Tai and Chat disagree so fight (คนโทรยศแผ่นดิน). Nemana and Tai have a disagreement regarding rice selling. Tai pushes his democratic concept as villagers can sell to anybody (สหาย). It is democracy versus communism. Nemana proposes to share power and influence (แบ่งอำนาจ). As Tai refuses, they kidnap Nuan, his wife, who is teacher in order to force Tai to join them. Tai refuses their ultimatum and decides to act at nighttime. Faced to a Buddha statue, Tai prays in front of the Thai King and Queen pictures. Thai Buddhism, the monarchy and the nation were high symbols against Communism in 1970s. Patriotic songs are played in the background (รักชาติ). Tai has to use a floating wing similar to a hang-glider to enter silently their camp. He succeeds to release Nuan but they are captured while trying to escape from the camp. Chat's mother dies on a mine while trying to convince her son (คนขายชาติ) to release Tai. Through his treachery he loses his mother (สร้างกรรม). He changes side so frees Tai and Nuan. Chat dies while holding the Thai flag. Tai takes over the Thai flag. Meanwhile villagers holding Thai flags and singing patriotic songs go towards the camp. Thai army is joining them. The ruffians are defeated and some of them injured or killed. Through high compassion, soldiers give help and priority to treat them. Tai successfully removes the red (communist) flag and replaces it by the Thai flag generating cheers and dances. The song “Nak Phaendin” was released in 1975. It is was a patriotic song (เพลงปลุกใจ) against the communist influence (คอมมิวนิสต์). During 1975-1980 years, Thailand was surrounded by Communist countries (Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam) and was at high risk to fall also. This movie from an historical point of view shows nicely this trouble period and how the government propaganda was done.

The house remains under Atisak's name as she made the mistake to give him money in order for her parents to believe he was a richer bachelor (ผู้อุปถัมภ์). They have to move in a slum to get cheap rent. They get some support from their aunt (Metta Roongrat). Mateson is looking for a job. Karucha (Sombat Methanee) interviews her. Hearing the unfair rumors on Mateson, he decides to recruit her. Karucha has also a daughter. A fight happens between Karucha and Atisak as they meet in a restaurant. Police, led by police inspector Lak Apichat, is looking for evidence that the ruffians are selling drugs in the slum. Karucha wishes to marry Mateson but she refuses. Meanwhile police shoots the ruffians. Their leader, injured, consigns a bag of heroin to Pheung. When Mateson is back, drug is given to police. Ruffians promises to take revenge on the mother and the daughter. Police is looking after their house. One evening as Karucha couldn't send them back home as his daughter has to be sent to hospital, they get caught in a serious storm and the ruffians catch them inside the slum as the taxi refuses to go up to their home. Both get raped. Mateson still refuses to go in Karucha's home. Pheung remains in a shocked state despite support of the doctor (Wiyada Umarin). The ruffians get released later. Mateson decides to take revenge by herself as men never take responsibility. She frames Atisak in a trap by disguising herself as a black prostitute. Atisak's new girlfriend, being jealous, shoots him. She learns how to make up well. She then shots three ruffians by attracting one of them by playing a junky. All those killings start to have an impact on Mateson's spirit. People start to make a link between the ruffians killings one by one and the number of dolls given to the daughter. Killing happen in atrocious ways such as acid and cut by a train on railway. Two are left, i.e. the leader Yong (Somsak Chaisongkram) and Paew (Somphob Benjatikul). Paew discovers that she is Mateson but finally all die. Mateson has become crazy. She succeeds to kill them one by one but her eager wish to take vengeance leads her to madness. Man (Lak Apichat) and another ruffian threaten Prachuap regarding sales of coconuts. Prachuap refuses to sell to them as he has already a contract with another company. Prachuap gets sick and ends up in hospital. Doctor Niran takes good care of him to thanks him and Kung to have helped him before. Kung stays in Niran's house to be close to the grandfather. Kung realizes that On and the grandfather lie to her regarding the differences between a boy and a girl. She realizes that she is a girl! Meanwhile Dao starts to be more and more demanding and very jealous. Niran is upset as Dao thinks about money only and is not generous with patients. Niran brings Kung to a brothel to teach him boy's life (ครู). Niran treats Kung as a male mate so many hilarious sequences occur. Prachuap goes back to his island with Kung. Niran follows them a few days later to announce to Kung that Prachuap has a final stage cancer. Meanwhile Man and his ruffians kidnap Kung. On is also captured. Finally Kung is released by the ruffians as he accepted to marry the ruffians’ leader sister, who is pregnant. Niran is back with Dao and Kung has to take care of the pregnant lady. Always looking for easy money, Dao is now involved in illegal business with Cheut. Diamond exchange fails as police intervenes. Dao flees but a ruffian chases her. As same time, Kung brings the pregnant lady to doctor Niran for baby delivery. Dao is shot dead by the ruffian. Kung is injured but succeeds to shoot the ruffian. Finally Kung confesses to Niran that she is a girl. Niran knows it since a long time! Romance can finally happen between them.

A Thai man just marries a hill tribe girl called Bokram. His wife is kidnapped by ruffians. He is in fact a man collecting girls for brothels! A mysterious man raid two brothels looking for a lady called Choimai. He is a strong puncher. His name is doctor Chai (Krung Srivilai) and is fiance with Vui, a gym sport woman (นักกีฬาgym). He has lost memory and cannot remember his own fiancee. Hong (Sorapong Chatree) is a well-off son involved with ruffians. Choimai is now prisoner in the prostitution ring leader’s house. His name is Yai (Dam Datsakorn) and he is also smuggling weapons. Choimai is in fact Chai's sister. She escapes (ขายตัวกับผู้ชาย) and takes refuge in Dong's home, another ruffian, who is also a brothel owner. Trap is put in place by Yai to capture Chai at Turkish massage place (อาบอบนวด). An electronic device is put near his brain to force him acting on any orders from Yai. Yai uses Chai to give a punchy lesson to Hong. Brothels are similar to slavery as women are chained together. The mamasan (มาม่าซัง) pretends to help Choimai but it is another trap also. She is only interested by her ring and necklace. Brought by three ruffians in a remote place, Hong luckily drives by and helps her. She is welcomed in Hong's parents home (คนสตรี). Hong decides to change his behavior and stop frequenting ruffians. Inside Yai's group, Chai takes revenge over those who kidnapped Choimai. Dong traps Hong (เพื่อนทรยศ) as he has betrayed them. Hong tries to crash him with an old French Citroën DS car. It fails but Hong is finally captured by Yai. Choimai surrenders to Yai to spare Hong's life. Vui is also kidnapped. Chai only simulated being a robot following Yai’s orders. Chai succeeds to release Vui. They enter inside Yai’s remote camp and gun fights, explosions occur between Yai’s ruffians and Chai’s friends. Ruffians are defeated. The Lepso VCD image is quite damaged and colorless. It is a recording from TV. Anyway this Thai action movie features part of the finest bunch of 1970s Thai actors. In this movie, Krung Srivilai, best Thai actor in 1974, meets Sorapong Chatree, best Thai actor in 1975. This movie was the most popular movie in 1976. In the title แมงดา means pimp.

Thai movie เสือ 4 แคว was released in year 1976. It lasts 2h20mn. Pleung (Krung Srivilai) and Chat (Sombat Methanee) are always fighting in a prison. The head of prison decide to transfer them to another prison. To avoid any issues during the transfer, they are hogtied together. During transfer, Pleung's teammates attack the police armed escort. Pleung and Chat flee together. Choomporn Theppitak is playing a policeman. They do realize that they have a common enemy called พ่อเลี้ยง Do Tawan (Kecha Plianvithee). Do Tawan is aware that Pleung is now free. Choi (อัมรัตน์ ขัตติยา) is Do Tawan's girlfriend. Four devils [เสือ4แคว] (Pipop Pupinyo – Seua Wang, Dam Datsakorn - Seua Nan, Seua Ping - Chana Sriubon, Seua Yom – โดม สิงห์โมฬี) are called by Do Tawan to kill Pleung. 1M Baht reward is promised for the one who succeeds to kill Pleung. น้อง Kaew (Rewadee Pattaphong), a teacher, is Do Tawan's younger sister. She knows the secret behind her brother. Do Tawan (โจรใจบาป) is selling drugs. Pleung, a former teammate, asked him to stop but ended up in jail because of Do Tawan. Pleung's younger sister Wallin (Naiyana Shewanan) is still kept captive by Do Tawan (ตัวประกัน). A bomb is hidden in her bungalow. Kaew prevents her brother from abusing Wallin. ภูมิ พัฒนายุทธ, Kan (Kom Akadej), Wai (Lak Apichat), Suki (Sayan Chantaraviboon) meet Chat in the restaurant (เอาเต็มที่). He claims to be เสือ4แคว. They sympathize with Chat, who sends them to help Pleung against the 4 devils. Meanwhile, Chat plans to enter Do Tawan group in order to spy them and release Wallin. Pleung, being attacked by Seua, decides to fight back and attack them directly also causing Dam to flee. Do Tawan hires Chat. Seua Ping’s team includes veteran actors Pan Borapet, กฤษณะ อำนวยพร and Paen Pleumsachai. Chat pushes the teams against each other. Chat succeeds to exchange Wallin with Kaew simulating a kidnapping. Meanwhile Choi helps to provide information on Do Tawan's business. Chat is identified as the traitor. Chat shall be smashed by a train but Pleung helps him on time. Knowing that Chat is not dead, Do Tawan moves his stock of drugs in a safer place. Pleung identifies the place and decides to attack it. Chat, being finally a policeman, also comes with reinforcement. All ruffians are killed by the Thai A-team. Unable to flee, Do Tawan prefers to explode the warehouse to avoid surrendering. Pleung has to go back to jail but Chat promises that his efforts to catch Do Tawan will be taken into account to reduce the severity. This movie features a huge number of famous Thai actors and actresses.

Thai movie นายอำเภอใจเพชร was released in year 1975. The movie is lost in Thailand. A twelve minutes sequence in bad state can still be seen. Other actors not seen in the remaining sequence include โดม, Krai Kanchit, อัมรัตน์, Somjit Sapsamruey, Sawin Sawangrat, จรัสศรี, หมี. The new chief district officer wishes to clean the district and to get rid of the dark influence. He is getting support from local people. The chief district officer (Nard Poowanai) just arrives in his new district. He visits his subordinates including Tanyarat Lohanan working in school and invites them for introduction lunch. Pipop Pupinyo being around with other ruffians warns the new chief district officer that real power (อำนาจ) is with weapons here. Later on while Pipop is busy with a young lady played by Orasa Isarangkul, he gets warned by corrupt policeman that this new chief district officer is different. Pipop promises to manage him. During the introductory lunch, the new chief district officer scolds many of his subordinates for not being dedicated to their job and to local citizens. Sukon Koewliam, Choomporn Theppitak, Lak Apichat are part of the guests. Dam Datsakorn, Pipop and two other ruffians arrive and invite themselves to the party. As they are looking for troubles, the chief district officer removes his shirt and insignia to give a boxing lesson to Dam. The remaining sequence stops here. Even when Nard Poowanai became real government officer as assistant district officer (ปลัดอำเภอ), Thai people still refers to him as chief district officer (นายอำเภอ) as this movie was really very famous and popular.

Thai movie ครรภ์ผี - 鬼胎 - The Possessed was released in year 1975 and lasts 1h32mn. This movie is only available though VHS in a Chinese or a Thai version. It was certainly longer but VHS movies were often cut to 90 minutes. A Chinese couple in love, Kung Ta (Lo Lieh) and Lei Ting (Runglawan Sripatimakul), are riding a motorbike. They fall from it and the bike cannot be restarted. As rain falls heavily, they take refuge in a cave. This cave features scary statues and human bones. They finally make love in the cave and it wakes up a spirit hidden in a statue. He possesses the man, while he is making love to Lei Ting. Back to Bangkok, Lei Ting is going to hospital, where her father (Chao Klaewklong) is dying. Shek Chiao (Krung Srivilai) as lawyer, is reading the testament. The father disliked Kung Ta as he believed he is lazy. Shek Chiao still loves Lei Ting but she announces him that she is going to marry Kung Ta. Lei Ting names her new husband Mr Pan as managing director. On the wedding night, she cannot stand it and refuses anymore contact with Kung Ta. Luechai Natnat is playing a driver and domestic helper. Lei Ting is finally pregnant. Kung Ta is spoiling the business and is taking his secretary as mistress. Lei Ting discovers her husband is cheating her. Lei Ting is now pregnant for 14 months. Shek Chiao announces to Lei Ting that Kung Ta left for Hong Kong. A baby daughter is born but she has teeth already. This pregnancy was weird indeed. Shek Chiao proposes to be the father but Lei Ting refuses as she has still hope that Kung Ta will come back. Luechai Natnat tries to abuse Ting Lei. He follows a lady (วันทนา บุญบันเทิง) in the garden, who ends up to be a vampire. Lak Apichat as policeman enquiries on the murder. The gouvernante tries to get favour from Ting Lei but luckily Shek Chiao arrives on time. The little girl can transform herself into a beautiful young woman and the governante is also killed. Later on, the vampire tries to get rid of Shek Chiao and policeman Lak Apichat. Shek Chiao’s life is spared as the vampire is afraid of Buddhist amulet. Kung Ta is just back and chases the police when they claim his daughter is a vampire. Kung Ta finally realises his daughter is really a vampire. Police brings Buddhist monks to the cave to exorcise the evil. Finally both Kung Ta and the daughter die in the cave crushed by a big statue.

Sa Ai (Sombat Methanee) buys gemstone from people working in mines. Two groups, lead by Sa Ai and Ko Sai, are fighting each other for gemstone control. They buy then sell those gems. Sa Ai rescues and shelters young lady Supranee (Naiyana Shewanan), whose parents have been killed by Ko Sai's tough men. Another lady called Soi (Aranya Namwong) also loves Sa Ai. Sa Ai meets a young man called Chae (Krung Srivilai) and they decide to work together. But Chae is working for the other group lead by Ko Sai. Sa Ai escapes to two murder attempts but his father is killed. Sa Ai wants to sell gems for 500 000 baht to Chae. Ko Sai wishes to get those gems. Chae seems to play on both sides. Supranee and Sa Ai are injured during a trap prepared by Ko Sai. Supranee and Soi love Sa Ai but Soi sacrifices her-self as Supranee has already lost everything in her life. Violent gun fights erupt between both groups. Ko Sai uses his own sister to put a bomb inside Sa Ai's car but Chae warns him just in time after a swift car race. Chae shows interest into Soi. Ko Sai kinadps Soi and Supranee to attract Chae and Sa Ai in a trap. A heavy gun fight happens but Chae with a police team is joining to help. Bad guys are all killed or captured. Chae, who is in fact a policeman, kills the headman without proper justice. Extrajudicial killings have always been an issue in Thailand. The last notorious killings happen during the 2003 anti-drug effort. This movie features many Kung fu fightings in 1970s comfortable (สบายมาก) Thai style. This old movie has an image very damaged. In the past the camera original and any additional exhibition prints were circulated to cinemas around the country or projected from the backs of trucks on to sheets hung between trees at fairgrounds. There is no original soundtrack but a 1970s James Bond soundtrack is used! Slogan "See you later" (พบกันใหม่) is shown instead of "The end" (สวัสดี) to encourage fans to see their favourite stars in the next movie. More than one hundred movies were produced per year in Thailand in 1970s.

Thai movie ประทีป อธิษฐาน was released in year 1974. It lasts 1h57mn. It was shown on Thai TV cable. Pan (Pawana Chanajit) and Kalan (Uten Boonyong) meet during Loi Krathong. Kalan announces to her that he is her future boss as Hotel manager! Chosri Misommon is Pan's aunt. She always asks for money as she keeps gambling. Pan's mother had a lover as her husband didn't take care of her and her daughter. Upset, the husband wished to bring her to her lover for clarification but a car accident happened on the way and both died. So Pan stayed with her aunt. Sek (Suriya Chinaphan) loves Pan and always does courtship her as a gentleman. Kalan's mother is played by Somjit Sapsamruey. Somjit introduced Da (Runglawan Sripatimakul) to Kalan and wishes for a wedding. The mother believes Pan cannot be trust as cashier as her aunt Chosri is a big spender (การพนัน). Aunt Chosri ends up in jail. While nobody wants to be the guarantor, Kalan offers the money to bail her out. Pan is promoted to manager assistant (ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ). Karun (Sayan Chantaraviboon), the second son, is back from overseas but he has heart disease. He likes Pan also. An American tourist is always trying to seduce her also. So four men have hopes on her. Finally she marries Karun. The aunt gets a big amount of money (ใช้หนี้). She knows she doesn't love him. Karun is unable to perform husband duties per a congenital disease. Kalan was former lover of Pan's mother but Kalan confirms it was a platonic love. Smoking scenes and love scenes are blurred. Pushed back by Kalan, Da goes with Lak Apichat to Hua Hin. They become lovers. Karun, being over jealous on Pan, ends up at hospital. Kalan decides to marry with Da to avoid any more jealousy crisis. Unfortunately fightings happen at Kalan's wedding as Karun sees Pan talking to Sek. Pan flees. Kalan announces to Da that he cannot love her as he knows she is pregnant with somebody else (Lak). Kalan finally finds back Pan. Meanwhile Karun is getting crazy and even shoots two people at night believing it was Kalan and Pan. Being a bad girl, Da quits Kalan. Finally Kalan and Pan can have happiness. This is a romantic drama from 1970s with much more realistic story compared to 1960s decade movies.

Thai movie “คมเคียว” image and sound are quite poor and damaged. Phanmitr company issues a warning that they have used the last known copy of the movie to release this VCD (สภาพฟิล์ม 16 ม.ม.สโคป เรื่อง คมเคียว). So movies fans should be happy to watch it before the last copy disappears from our world. This movie was very popular in 1970s. Hang Seuk, a ruffian leader, and his band are terrorizing villagers. Hang Seuk (Dam Datsakorn) wishes to kidnap Kathin to have her becoming his wife. Kwan (Lak Apichat), her fiance, tries to oppose them but to no avail. Kwan is buried except his head. If he survives 7 days then he will be released. A mysterious man coming through a raft helps to release Kwan and promises to help the villagers. Choomporn Theppitak is the village doctor and helps another lady called Chaba to recover after being assaulted by ruffians. The mysterious man names himself “small red mouse” (หนูแดง)! He trains the villagers with weapons. Hang Seuk doesn't touch Kathin but she doesn't dare going back to the village as nobody would believe her so she stays with him. Hang Seuk's sister, Siroon (Pawana Chanajit), promises things will get better. Nai Seua is a ruffian leader controlling a territory near Hang Seuk’s area. Putao is a village leader having a beautiful daughter called Saeng Sao. The mysterious man is recommended as Putao’s nephew and is renamed Kachen. Hang Seuk and Seua are friends but in fact a competition is happening between them. Hang Seuk promised his sister Siroon’s hand to Seua before so he needs to find a way to break the promise. Hang Seuk needs a strong man to get rid of Seua. Putao recommends his mute nephew Kachen. If Kachen defeats Seua then the wedding promise is cancelled. Seua doesn't wait for the fight and sends ruffians to kidnap Siroon. Hopefully Kachen is around but is injured while protecting Siroon. The mysterious man’s real name is Diaw Khom Thong. He realises that Hang Seuk is not that bad. The real bad ruffian is Seua. The village doctor helps Saeng Sao who was bitten by a snake. Kwan has to warm her body as she has a cold fever. Villagers start to rebel such as Kwan. Kachen defeats Seua in one to one fight with knife. Hang Seuk knows that Kachen is not mute as he heard Siroon’s love declaration to him. A fight happens between Kwan and Hang Seuk. Kathin convinces Kwan and Hang Seuk to pacify as Hang Seuk will be father soon. Meanwhile the three ladies get captured by Seua. All gather to fight back Seua and defeat him following strong gun fights. The movie ends happily as Kwan will marry Saeng Sao, Hang Seuk with Kathin and Diaw Khom with two ladies, i.e. Siroon and Chaba! Thai movie “คมเคียว” is a typical movie action from 1970s decade with a hero taking justice into his own hands to protect villagers against ruffians.
